Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

I once considered this wendys to be the best in town..i frequent it mostly during lunch because mostly the kind lady Gm whom I know has always made sure things ran smoothly because at night the crew really don't do to well..I luv the the baked potatoes there and it's pretty much one of my favorite side dishes..i normally put all my toppings on the side but this tonight was really poor..it was burnt very hard in the inside or it's been sitting all day..whoever work the Frie station or prep should knew this before this was place in my bag..I understand as a hospitality industry worker for over 20yrs myself that things are hard but we still owe to the people who are spending their hard earned money which is really scarced in these times to at least give them there money worth..Just because it's 2 for 5 or 4 for 4$ meals or whatever specials shouldn't be thrown up like this..If it's gonna be like this then don't offer specials in the first place..I rather pay more for a good customer service who does it right than a sorry team who just want to give a special just to get people in the door..This store here on wynnton rd has really thrown me for a terrible loop..1st I only ordered 2 bake potatoes 2nd it wasn't nearly busy in the drive thru and 3rd it wasn't worth 6.47..4th After getting home It wasn't worth me coming up there going back to thru the drive thru when I came way from another exit who doesn't have a wendys...

Yeah I guess it is ok, but the people working there sometimes just don't care what they are giving you. I have got a burger they just tossed all the ingredients into that paper crumple wrapped whatever they dropped in it and throw it in the bag. I had to, more then once, try to assemble my own food from there. Also during the last 50 cent frosty thing, none of the people that worked there knew what size the 50 cent frosty was, because the few times I got one...it was always exciting to see what I was going to get. The few times I went in and ate the same lady was there and she did not like any of my family going back up to get a refill. Once I stood there so long so she could ring people up and to also "drama" (don't know what else to call it) talk and also act superior to some of the others. Anyways, one of the young men that was working in back finally just tossed the deconstructed hamburger in the bag and was mumbling some things I cant repeat, about no one doing nothing and asked "What drink you want?" Ordered a mobile order so i wouldn’t have to worry about waiting in line for 30-40 minutes. STILL ended up waiting 30-40 minutes for my food. The service was so terrible. We came in and there was 2 people waiting on Doordash orders that the workers didn’t even know what she had. Then you got another lady ona front counter ordering “1 Big Burger, no not a number 1 she just wants a Big Burger”🙄🙄. N then you have Gollum from Lord Of The Rings ona front counter JUH SLOW. She doesn’t know how to put the ordered in correctly and has the worst attitude you can have. My dad comes to her and tells her we’re waiting on our mobile orders and she just looks past us. With her bad lil fake bun. N then u have the Manager with the Bad Wig. With looking like she dropped it in the fryer. She so rude to. Me and my dad telling her that’s his order that she called out and she looks at him and rolls her eyes. ONLY PERSON doing their job and OTHER PPL JOBS was the lady cooking the burgers.
