If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had a horrific encounter with this location around 12:15p today. One of my order's was a side Ceasar Salad in which I was told they don't have those anymore. I then ordered the Parmesan Caesar Salad. The person who took my order kept saying they don't have side Caesar salad when I had already corrected my order and was already ordering my other items. But, the screen was not showing any of the rest of my order because she was still stuck on the side salad when I had moved on from that. There was A LOT of giggling and laughing in the background at the register which is VERY unprofessional and rude. Once I got to the window, the laughing and giggling continued AND I had to get her attention to hand me my drink that was sitting right in front of her. Still, more laughing and giggling (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL). Come to find out, the person at the register Juanita is the manager and I find it very unprofessional and rude how she handled the situation with the laughing and giggling and rudeness. She did not show any managerial skills nor class. Laughing and giggling and showing disregard to customers is not acceptable behavior a manager should be doing. I called the store right after I drove off and asked to speak to the manager. It was Juanita who answered who said she was the manager when I asked to speak to one. She claimed that I was mad that they didn't have a side salad. That was not the case as I had already corrected my order and moved on from it. As a manager: Do not come at me saying I was mad when I wasn't. Do not place blame on the customer right from the start. Extremely unprofessional to take no accountability as a manager She didn't offer to remedy the situation I called corporate about this situation because it was a manager who was acting unprofessional along with her staff.

The girl taking orders inside was horribly rude. She was flirting with the young guy before me in line. Took his order just fine on the computer and even accidentally made him a large chili instead of the regular chili he paid for and had the nerve to say that the drive thru people never do their job correctly. When it came time for me to order. Which was 15 minutes later. As I was ordering she kept interrupting me and kept saying, " hold on please I'm still putting in what you just said last". Very frustrating. So I said ,"I should of just gone through the drive thru. At least they don't tell me to hold on." That's when she began to blame the computer running slow. But it's rude to interrupt someone while they are ordering. I was trying to let them know the last time we ordered they charged me for the extra nuggets I ordered but never put them in the bag. They were just standing there not putting my order through as the line got longer behind me the drive thru was wrapped around the building. So I said just put my order through please. Her and the manager said, " just wait for the general manager . Was just around the corner almost there. Like I had all the time in the world to wait. I finally said , " if you're not going to get my order done then I'm done with you. I'm out of here." The girl at the register said "that's fine with me" with an ugly grin...

We went tonight Jan. 9th at 9:20pm to the one by Sawmill Rd and 270 and ordered through the app, we went to the drivethrough and who ever answered was very rude. It sounded like a group of them together and they were making weird noises it made us think the machine was broken at the first so we kept trying to say we have a mobile order and we said the name, then they kept repeating the name and laughing! And we kept on trying to say it again and we didn't know what was going on! At this point we assumed they were just trying to be funny .. so we said this is not funny please stop!! They were still speaking together and laughing. We went to the window after that and they were three together. We asked who was talking to us they ignored the question ( they were about three of them, a girl with a pink or red hair, a young African American boy and a third girl who disappeared when we questioned what happened!!! my husband was mad and told them we're complaining .. we didn't even hear an apology or explanation of what happened! So I asked aren't you even going to apologize? The girl said sorry with a careless way and said is that your order or not? And closed the window in a rude way.. we left and felt really shocked!!
