I have LITERALLY NEVER had a good experience there. It gets worse every single time. The customer service is consistently awful. It is a new person in the window every single time and it seems as if they go out of their way to be less courteous then the last miserable person they replaced. I live just behind this particular location so it’s super convenient to stop here but honestly I’m not sure it was worth it after all. Today in particular the latest and greatest taking orders in the drive through at 3:41 PM rushed me through my order and as per usual, with his successors, he didn’t bother to repeat my order back to me or tell me the total. A simple “pull around” is the standard. I knew he took my order wrong already but when I pulled up to the window I in my most polite customer service voice asked for the lady at the window to repeat my two drinks my friend and I ordered. She asked him and he said out loud, in front of god and everyone, with the drive thru window open, “why pull up to the window just to check your order!” Then told me what two drinks he had already prepared and if you could believe, they were incorrect to what I had ordered. He audibly sighed and went to make the appropriate drinks. The lady in the window actively tried to make my experience more pleasant and she was the first person at this location to tell me total when I pulled up instead of just holding their hand out the window and staring at me blankly. However she did not apologize for his behavior. Perhaps she was all to familiar with his behavior so what’s the use, but I’m not here to speculate. To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my outrage and deep disappointment regarding an appalling experience I had at one of your locations. We placed a simple order: one Dave’s Double combo and one Dave’s Double sandwich only. When we got home, we were shocked to discover both items had bacon on them, which we did not request.
We returned immediately to the restaurant to request a replacement. When we explained the issue, they asked for a receipt — which we were never given. We offered our card payment as proof, yet instead of helping us, the situation escalated into something completely unacceptable.
The manager came out and began accusing and harassing us in a very rude and aggressive manner. To make matters worse, three employees surrounded us at the window and joined in, making us feel threatened and humiliated in a public space. Their behavior was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.
When I asked for the manager’s name, the staff sarcastically responded, “You give your name,” which I did. When I repeated my request for the manager’s name, one employee rudely said, “I don’t give you name,” and then added, “You should be worried about that,” as if I had done something wrong by asking for basic accountability.
This is not just poor service — this was harassment and intimidation over a simple order mistake. Your employees showed no respect, no responsibility, and no professionalism. If this is how your company allows managers to behave, it raises serious concerns about your values and customer treatment.

Before stepping out, the manager politely promised I'd be taken care of. A Hispanic lady took over from there and nitpicked about tomatoes not being on my receipt despite it being a default topping for the Triple Cheese. After a bit, she came to my table with 1 new sandwich and tomatoes for 1 Triple. She shamelessly asked for my sandwich with ketchup and claimed that the 3 tomato slices were meant to be distributed b/w both of my Triples. She refused to budge even after I showed her the picture from the menu and explained the reasoning of 3 slices per Triple.
Her redo of my other Triple Cheese was missing tomatoes yet again and also had no cheese. When I went to the counter to point this out, she insisted that my receipt didn't indicate I wanted cheese. I pointed out that my order said Triple Cheese in the name. I also noticed the paper receipt was missing the muenster cheese I requested on my online order. Once again, she argued that the Triple Cheese only comes w American slices. After repeatedly showing her my online receipt, she finally relented.
She had someone come out with a platter of 3 muenster slices but refused to have them melt the cheese inside the Triple.
Since she repeatedly proved to be uncooperative, I'll have to ask another staff member to get it right.
