Visited this location at 11:20 last night. Closes at 1am. The woman greeted us with what do you want? I ordered a spicy chic sandwich. She told us they didn't have any. When I asked why? She said they would take 6 min. We replied that totally cool we have a large order. I guess this made her mad cuz she was nothing but rude from this point on. Ice cream machine was off so no frosty. When we pulled up to the window she said nothing. Just held her hand out for money. Closed the window. After spending $20 and waiting 7 min or so she hands us our food without saying a word and closes the door obviously frustrated with us. I know customer service isn't what it used to be but damn. When we open our bags we have no straws for our drinks. Our fries our not even half full and ice cold. It takes a lot for my man to complain, but this was over the top ridiculous. He called the manager and of course they tried to compensate us. He replied he didn't want anything free he just wanted management to solve they're customer service issues. That girl was so rude I almost asked for our $ back in the drive thru. But my boyfriend always gives them the benefit of the doubt. Not this time. Read moreIf I could leave a negative star review I would. This experience was one of the worst I've had at any restaurant and all because I wanted a lime flavored Mello yellow. The order started normal even though they use a voice assist program, and was fine until I got to the options for the biggie bag. The ai registered the correct sauce but got my drink wrong. I asked to talk to an associate and was told by the associate it's a "limeade" Mello yellow. To my knowledge, out of all the extra flavors, there's only one lime/limeade option for the mellow yellow. When I tried to confirm further that I was getting what I ordered, he repeated the same line of "it's a limeade" but the screen didn't change... When I pulled up he said they can here everything over the speakers and continued to talk down to me as he attempted to hand me a regular mellow yellow. I didn't take the drink and told him again that was incorrect and was supposed to be the lime one. He did eventually make the correct one and another guy, possibly the manager, took over handing me my food because the first guy upset me to the point of crying. I thought about reaching out to corporate about this but they also didn't give me a receipt... Long story short, beware...
Read moreI walk into this new location to hear rap and lots of noise coming from the kitchen crew at 7:20pm. This location has horrible kiosks that are annoying to learn for a simple order. Why do i have to enter all the extra data for just 2 items? Kiosks dont accept samsung pay and order was erased. AFTER that debacle THEN the hostess explains that she can take my order now like a human after all!?!. All that crap and I'm not seeing any discount for self-dis-service? My sandwich comes out, lazily carried in a bag from a lady who looks like a lost deer in headlights and zero self-confidence. The hamburger was a complete smash of unappetizing sloppiness. A complete disappoint and my evening has come to its lowest point. But there is more! When I ask for a phone number to contact corporate about this craptastic event, a manager comes out and again i have to repeat the request. I get a number back 5 mins later, because it obviously is a new thing for her too. I get a phone number for hand-written on a piece of torn paper. She then explains its for a manager named Dave. I have to borrow her pen to write the number myself. Wow, this is really going to be a model store for the Wendy's...
