HORRIBLY RUDE SERVICE! 😥 I used my rewards ap for a $2 off Dave’s double and order queso fries and a frosty. After I got home, I noticed the bag seemed light and sure enough my Dave’s Double was missing. I went to go back to the restaurant but the car I had just took there wouldn’t start now! UGH! so I switch over into our other vehicle and plan to deal with the car later. I get back to the drive through and of course I don’t have my receipt now either. I explain to the worker my situation and even try to show them on my app that I had just used a rewards to make this purchase. She cuts me off to tell me that my phone app information doesn’t matter, and demands to know exactly what I ordered and how much I thought I paid. She tells me that what I paid doesn’t make sense for what I ordered…. I USED THE REWARDS FOR $2 OFF!!! 🤯 She still couldn’t understand after I explained my rewards again and still didn’t want to see my app on my phone. I JUST wanted the sandwich I paid for. She then said I could pull up and wait by the door while she took the other customers orders, and THEN she could could go back and look at previous orders in the system. I had already waited in line to get back to this spot to where I was at. I wasn’t goin to wait longer. I could tell the other two employees I saw feared her anger, bitterness, and complete disregard for customer service. I spoke to the guy who originally took my order when I pulled up. after I told him and he let her know his demeanor completely changed.

I found the receipt the following day. I DEFINITELY paid for it. Even if I had the receipt she would have just said I already ate it or I’m hiding it or something crazy. THE WORST WENDYS...
Read morehigh school kids just really don't care about work, l asked an employee a question about the family size Chilli that my son purchase just 2 weeks ago from here a she tells me that they don't have the family size Chilli, and then she just walks away, so l asked for the manager, he comes over and l referenced about the family size chilli with him and just when l asked him about it l saw the sign over the Chilli pot that is advertising the family Chilli pot, l said to him maybe the employees need alittle more training then he said it's her first day and also said that's no excuse if she didn't know she should have asked, that's is in our training classes that if you don't know you are to ask, and she didn't and just walked away. The manager did apologize and told the other employee to get 5 large Chilli's because they were out of the family bucket, so the employee was filling up the 5 large Chilli's he filled them 3/4 of the way up instead of all the up, l asked him to fill them all the way, l thought he just ignored me, but that was not the case because he didn't speak English, so when l got home l went to get a chilli for myself and one other, the chilli's were only 3/4 of the way full like said before, so yeah, these youth workers that are in high school today has no work ethic or pride in their work at all, because that was plainly evident here, they just didn't care, and came across to me they didn't even want to be there in the first place. Read moreI placed an online order and reached out, I think that the morning supervisor was the one that reached out to me 10/10!! Amazing, quick response seemed like they truly cared about the error that took place and truly cared about their job and making the customer (me) happy. I went to the store and Johnaton the manager at the time 10:30pm on 09/06 was super rude and very unhelpful (not sure if he gave me his real name) I explained the situation to him about the replacement salad and how I received a text message from a supervisor about the problem and showed him the receipt and the text message and he stated that I was making it up that it could be a text from anyone. I explained that it was from wendys and that there was a note left. Johnathan would not help at all and was very rude about everything, so I left and the person who texted me helped again and was amazing and explained to go back to have the problem resolved. So I went back and got Rocky and he was amazing! Very kind and quick professional crew completely like night and day he had said he heard about the situation (love the communication) and was ontop of it. I just want to say thank you to the two people who handled the situation for me, it really made my day better and they may think they're just workers at a resturant but they truly so have such a huge impact on people like me who work all day having long stressful shifts and their kindness just goes such a long way...
