To start with this place is in the same parking lot as my work where I have worked for over 15 years, before their building was even built. Have been to this bar more than ones even, before when it was the lose goose which was way nicer staff and speed and quality of drinks. Been to it 3 times in the last year and been served bye a few different bartenders including the head bartender how is always in a bad mode. But on St. Patrick's day after working 9 hours, get off work and decided to stop in for a quick drink. After 30 Minutes in line where my friend, me and two others got cut off bye three different people. Make it to get a drink head bartender asks me to repeat my drink three time ask are you sure I said yes, he makes my friend and me drink hand him my card he asks for my ID so I give it to him he looks at it a said thats not me, I laugh and said what and he said he will not except fake ID. My friend then offer to bye the drinks and he said no your his friend, so not wanting to have to go wait in another line I ask what can I do to prove it is mine I am 33 years old he says nothing will. But bye then their were other partens joining in and a other bartender asking what was going on, so he asked her does this look like him see said yeah it does he looked at it one last time and finally hand my ID and card back and said no I don't take fake ID bye. Read moreWas there for a private event this past Saturday. There were chicken tenders/fingers and pizza. The pizza wasn't hot, the cheese was hardly melted....was like it was premade frozen pizza, and wasn't cooked all the way through...as a matter of fact, the crust didn't even brown. The chicken wasn't bad (except the first batch I got from which was lukewarm), the second batch was piping hot. The ranch dressing should've been on ice to keep it cold and it wasn't. I ended up getting sick that night and throwing up, I think because the food wasn't prepared properly and held to temp like it's supposed to be. I'm ServSafe certified, so I understand food safety. And my digestive system felt unsettled after consuming the food.
They need to pay more careful attention to detail because things they think are minor can cause big issues! And it's the dead of winter and was freezing cold in the facility. You can't have a freezing cold facility and expect hot food to hold proper temps. The food will reach the "food safety danger zone" too quickly, causing bacteria to grow, and customers to get sick. They even ignored my husband's request for ketchup 3 times. They put all of our drinks on my brother-in-law's credit card because we have the same last name, even though each time we went up an specified which card the drinks were under. I asked for a water, they told me to get it out of a beverage dispenser at the end of the bar. It had 3 black specks floating in it ( looked like fruit flies).
