The service is almost always frustrating. I do not have a “gluten allergy,” but I still cannot have any cross contamination. A few months ago, I put in my online order that the food must be “gluten free,” but when I went to pick up my food they had not even started the order. The employee said they did not start it because they did not know if it was for an allergy. I have worked in food service before and would never say that an order is ready then wait until the customer arrives, I would instead make the order under the assumption that there can be no cross contamination. Any other OSU dining location makes my orders without cross contamination when I write “gluten free,” so I do not know why Woody’s is exempt from this.
