Before I start ❗️this place ONLY accepts cash❗️
This place is definitely one of my favorite places!! It’s a cute little place but…it’s small, so keep that in mind. If you stop by while others are waiting on their drinks, there’s a chance you may have to wait outside. It’s not just the rona but seriously…it’s small.
Anyway, here’s the tea ✨☕️ The tea? Amazing!👏🏽 If you’ve never had bubble tea and would like to give it a try, here’s what you should know.

There are three kinds of toppings👏🏽 𝐓𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐚 (𝐚𝐤𝐚 𝐛𝐨𝐛𝐚)~ these are the black, chewy balls that usually go with milk tea. They’re not always black, sometimes people make it with other fruity flavors. I’ve seen strawberry and mango (but unfortunately never tried them) I’m only pointing this out in case you run into any other shops. ❗️This shop only has the basic (common) tapcioca❗️ 𝐉𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 ~ this topping isn’t really that popular. The way I’d describe jelly is like small, cubed gelatin. The texture feels that way too but it’s definitely worth trying. If I ever feel a little burnt out from boba, jelly is my go to. 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 ~ popping balls are literally what they sound like. They’re small balls filled with flavored juice that pop in your mouth. This is the reason I like getting juice tea with it instead of milk tea. But if you’d still like the try popping balls in milk tea, id say go for it! Popping balls in milk tea really isn’t the worst, in my opinion.
Another thing about this place I should mention is that there’s only one person running it. Like I said, it’s small. The owner works all week by himself. If you have a big order, it might take a minute so I’d recommend placing a big order ahead of time. This guy can also be a little intimidating at first but he’s actually really sweet! I usually stop by every weekend and he can be pretty goofy😌 But on a different note, I’ve been going to his shop for about a year now and he’s only ever messed up my drink once. Anyway, I hope this helped some of you reading these reviews. Enjoy...
Read moreI moved here in October with the intention of trying out local establishments and supporting small businesses. Being a fan of boba, I was excited to give a local spot a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a local business. When I visited the other day, I was informed that they only accepted cash, which I understood. When I returned today around 8 pm with cash in hand, I found that they were out of most items. The owner's demeanor was unfriendly as he hurriedly rearranged things. Despite tapioca not being marked as unavailable on the menu board, I was abruptly told they were out of it when I requested it. Feeling uncomfortable due to his aggressive behavior, I decided to leave. The owner's rude response as I exited, followed by his abrupt closure of the shop, left me shocked. As I shared my experience with others who arrived afterward, they revealed similar encounters with the owner's recent unfriendly behavior. We collectively decided not to support his business. It's disheartening when you aim to support local enterprises and are met with such treatment. Such behavior is detrimental to business growth. I doubt I will ever return, and it wouldn't surprise me if the shop closes in the...
Read moreCash only. I received the change back and left a tip in the tip jar around 11-12%. The worker there complained to me that I should have just thrown the change away instead of tipping so low. (He thought I only gave coins when I did in fact put a dollar bill in there also). Incredibly rude and argumentative until he realized I had in fact tipped what he expected me to tip. I'll never go back and think people like that shouldn't be in service industry. Some people can be jerks and tip low or don't tip, I get that. But what I don't understand is someone acting like a child because they didn't get what they wanted.
I should have just asked for my money back and left without any drinks since he had yet to make them...
