Pricing. There is not one thing wrong with the quality or service at this restaurant, the wraps and sandwiches and salads are delicious, if maybe not as healthy as we or they think as they are made with pre-made lunch meat and meats and sauces and cheeses LOL which are not healthy, but the smoothies are made of good food choices and there are healthy ones and there are not healthy ones like any restaurant should be there's a mix, however it should never be $13 for a smoothie and a sandwich that is too much to spend for lunch on any given day and make it possible for most people. I'm in fast casual restaurants for years and we never had a salad over $9 that was like a rule because we didn't think people would pay it, and they're seriously cheap to make, I'm thinking a fast-casual should be cheaper as would like making your own chicken and stuff, just saying you're Gathering of high school students is quite friendly I must say but maybe not able to cook so this is what you do. True healthier, cooked in store food, could be sold hypothetically you know at a lower price oh, and no I'm not talking about smaller portions because your portions are already small and smaller portions are too small for most so I'm talking about normal portions For Less in smaller portions for Less oh, this has always been my problem with this chain but yet owner owned business, it's not his decision to change his decision to change, but has someone who has usually been upper middle class I can tell you that with friends with mostly lower middle to lower class none of them have ever eaten there and that should say...

I love this place and have come here many times. I love their smoothies like the island green it has spinach kale and pineapple it's really good. I would also recommend sub Splenda add strawberry it is incredible. Just let me tell you. Their lobby is also very clean when you walk in and it has a very tropical Vibe and they have these Beach/lawn chairs in the back that you can sit in and they were very chill to sit in. The staff is very nice and friendly when taking your order. The only problem I have with this place is basically their wait times because sometimes it can take a long time even with them not being busy sometimes I'll place a mobile order here and the wait time will go a bit over like 5:10 ish minutes to wait for my order. The food was also pretty good. I got the wrap with some chips it was pretty incredible. Also, I hate the proportionally with their smoothies they can be sometimes due to your smoothies being made in the same blender. Your smoothies being made in the same blender they'll put a full amount in one smoothie and then in the other smoothie that you have in your order they won't fill all the way which makes me kind of mad and disappointed. Also, sometimes they won't blend your smoothie all the way, and there will still be chunks in the smoothie, and sometimes the Smoothie isn't up to your standards. Just to start we have never had an issue before. I am only giving them 2 stars because the order was correct... with that being said: I placed an order online that was over $100. Online told me that it would be ready at 1:00pm. My employee got there at 12:40 but because it was so busy and our order wasn't supposed to be ready until 1, she sat and tried to give them time to catch up before going to the counter to pick up our big order. As she is waiting a man in the back yells to up front that "that big order hasn't been picked up yet, that is why we shouldn't do them". So my employee got up and went to the counter to tell them that it is her big order that they are talking about and that it wasn't supposed to be ready until 1 and she had been there for 15 minutes waiting. The man checking her out stated that it had been ready for 30 minutes. She then asked him if that meant our smoothies were watered down and his reply was, "yeah, probably". He then proceeded to tell her that when placing an online order that it gives a longer wait time than is needed. IF A BIG ORDER IS PLACED AND THE PICK UP TIME IS 1 YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD KNOW SOMEONE WOULDN'T BE THERE UNTIL 1 TO GET IT!!!! Smoothies were in fact watered down.
