There was a problem at the counter and the girl wasn’t using her cash register because she had to save perfume bottles for some guy. When using another one she had a problem with it while checking out someone related then told to her to go to the next register. She motioned me to come over to her and I did then didn’t clear out her scanner, I know this because I bought 9 items and there was an extra 5.99 cents. I called later and they said come in tomorrow morning . I live all the way in Nashville Indiana. That’s more gas than 5.99. This store is similar to some of the other ones I have been too with the major exception of comfort level. It was cold out during my visit and the expectation was that I could walk from my vehicle quickly and get back into a warm store. That was not the case here. Not sure why but it was very cold and miserable. We did not stay as long as we planned nor did we purchase anything because of the discomfort. I would guess the temperature to be in the low 50s upper 40s inside the store while outside Temps were in the 20s. Probably won't be back until...

The best!!!! I got my online order and it came with 2 unicorn operation games. I had ordered 1 unicorn and 1 dinosaur. I called the Columbus store. Shauna answered the phone and was super helpful. She looked in the front and couldn't find 1. She went to the back and I heard her rustling for over 5 minutes. She finally found the only 1 in the store and offered to hold it for an hour till we could get there. Thank you so much!!! And a very merry...
