It’s unfortunate that I will not be ordering from Zero’s again because the pizza and garlic bread I ordered weren't too bad. However, the staff there has absolutely no idea how earn a customer’s business.
I placed my order at 6:25 pm and was quoted 30 minutes for the order to be ready. This seemed reasonable considering it was a busy Friday night. I returned 25 minutes later hoping to get the order fresh out of the oven. When I approached the counter to claim the order, they discovered they had lost the ticket. The pizza had never been made. I was then quoted 5-10 minutes for them to quickly put together my order.
At this point, I was not irritated at all. They were clearly very busy and mistakes happen. As long as they attempted to correct the mistake, I would have no problem with that. The problem is, I sat there for another 35 minutes, watching dozens of orders get put through before mine. To add insult to injury, they did not offer any form of compensation to me once the order was finally ready.
Again, mistakes happen, but a lack of effort to quickly remedy the problem is unacceptable. I will never patronize Zero’s again and I encourage all of you to...
Read moreOctober 29th: I used the new app and received a confirmation email that said it would be 50 minutes. I called at one hour and was told that he should be here by now, because we live one mile away. I had to call back 15 minutes later and was told that they were worried about the driver because he only had a couple of deliveries and has been gone for a really long time. He drove up as I was on the phone. He was apologizing and telling me how bad his night was when he dropped our wings on the ground. I'm okay with this, but what happened after was the worst part.
He told me he would be right back with our wings and would adjust the bill. So we started eating the pizza and it was ice cold. He never came back and an hour later, when I called in, he hadn't told anyone anything about the wings. The guy on the phone told me that the driver’s stop before my house held the driver up and that's why he was late. So I explained to him everything that had happened and he said that he would take the wings off... not the ice cold pizza. And I also get a 15% discount off of my next order. Unfortunately, I will never get that 15% because I am never ordering...
Read moreI keep saying I will never eat here again. But whenever I find myself in a bind, I’ll order for convenience. Tonight was the last straw. If I ask for something to be excluded from the meal, it matters. I asked for an item not to be included. The woman taking the order repeated what I said, asked me if it was correct and I said yes. I received my food with those items included. People have allergies. If we say leave it off, we mean leave it off. I’ve spent money on food that can’t be eaten, again. I’ve had so many issues with this place, at this point I wonder if I’m flagged and maybe they just prefer that I don’t order from them anymore. I guess if you activate my or my families allergies by ignoring my request to exclude items, the problem solved....either...
