This is a big, big, place for a small place like Comfort. They must count on weekend traffic and ā€˜hill country vagabonds’ to fill this place. The layout is cool, and has lots of space so that even when full, I don’t think you would feel packed in. Now, the real issue. I stopped at a place called Fajita St and I had to search the menu to find Fajitas listed. I mean, really, really, search. I had to sent the waiter away 2 times before I finally found them. It was a combo plate (pictured in this review) and the fajita was just underwhelming. I expected super hot, sizzling, super moist beef and it wasn’t envy of those things. Luke warm, slightly grilled onions & peppers, and just not much flavor. Thank goodness, I had ordered the Enchilada Verde on the combo (you can choose any two enchiladas). They were amply stuffed, hot and super juicy, with some amazing Queso Blanco. Absolutely the highlight. I had two servers taking care of me and it could be a bit much, if I was with someone and wanted a casual neal to relax and visit, but today it was okay. Highlights and good features, but not the best, especially if your are looking for some...

My first time at this restaurant. I liked this place enough. It’s beautiful from the outside- it made me think it was a nicer place that might even be a little pricey. When we walked in there was an odd, off-putting odor. I’m hoping there was an issue going on that day and it’s not always like that. The furniture in there is really cool. The little paintings on the back of the chairs were fun to look at. The menu had a good selection and the service was good. The food was pretty basic, which is appreciated. It’s not elevated, or ā€œcuisineā€, more like what you’d make at home for yourself. The red salsa served with the chips was especially good, though. Very fresh tasting and had a little bite to it! Thankfully the prices were very reasonable. That being said, I liked it, and I would definitely go there again and I’d recommend it to others. Looks like the patio may have been closed - there was caution tape on the doors. Would have been beautiful to sit outside the day...

Very disgusting fajitas!! My girlfriend wanted to get enchiladas, but I said honey the name of this place is Fajita Street, so it’s probably going to be better than Lupe Tortillas in San Antonio which is amazing!! Boy was I wrong…. we have a Frenchy and I don’t think I’d give our dog the food to eat. It was flabbergastingly gross also the sour cream and cheese was terrible. She asked us nicely if we would like a to go box and honestly I wanted to say can you please try this just to read facial expressions etc. but I kept my mouth shut. $50 down the drain I could’ve had 2 1/2 Table dances and left with a smile. I want to make note it’s 4:54 PM central standard time and the date is 10/26/23 so U GD know how recent this review is and how up-to-date they are on their...

Just moved to Comfort from the DFW area, where there are *limitless* excellent tex mex options and the restaurant industry is wildly competitive. This. Place. Is. Delicious. As someone who can't have flour tortillas, major bonus points for having authentic handmade corn tortillas! Service was amazing, our phenomenal waitress recommended the steak fajitas so we got the steak, sausage, shrimp and chicken combo, along with the enchiladas verdes. Verde salsa was sooo good, very citrusy and not watery šŸ‘Œ She also made our margaritas herself and killed it, my husband who is a former bar manager of several years declared they were PERFECT and I have to agree!
