BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

Honestly hate to leave a poor review because we LOVE Biggby, but this location is absolutely awful. There’s ALWAYS a long wait, and today was the final straw for service because after waiting 15 minutes in line, we get to the window, pay, and are told it’ll be a few more minutes. We figured they were behind in making my latte. We get our large hot latte and large hot coffee. I take a sip a few minutes later because I was on the phone to realize my latte is lukewarm. It’s BARELY hot. We’re running behind and can’t go back, so in 15 minutes I’ll be sipping a cold latte. I’m sorry, but a hot latte, is just that… HOT. The best flavor coffee. For me Starbucks is too bittery but Biggby has just figured it out. I've never had bad service ever at this location and staff is always super friendly. Cost is a little high, so I can't afford it often or this would be my daily coffee stop. There's always a bit of a wait if anyone is ahead of you in line, so don't stop if you're in a huge hurry. But, if it's a nice cold morning and you have a little time for a perfectly brewed delicious cup of coffee, this is definitely the best...

I had a horrible experience. Went in to get a bag of beans and wanted it ground for a french press. Person behind the counter was clueless. There weren't any bags of beans and when I went to fill my own bag, what I wanted (french roast) was empty. I asked her to come help me and she said to pick something else out. She came around the counter and I explained that for a french press the coffee shouldn't be ground fine. She didn't seem to understand the difference between french roast and french...
