Always love going here, great service, friendly. Good place to chill inside or out. When I wrote that review, I had posted 5 stars with it.. But here recently I went in and noticed a new owner. The last owner was awesome. He was Hindu I believe. He was a older gentleman with glasses and I believe it was his wife, also Hindu that worked with him. They would give me free donuts when I bought my coffee. He knew I liked everything bagels, so he would always hook me up with a deal when I bought 1. They were just down to earth people that helped make your morning better.. Then one day I walk in to find another gentleman I believe Pakistani to be behind the counter. Right from the get go his ora is not that of a happy soul. When you can feel someone's ora it's usually not of a good one.. Well anyways I get up to the counter and order my drink and pay for it. No conversation or anything. I was like alright, maybe he was having a bad day. I leave and 1 or 2 days later I go back in there and the same gentleman is back. There's a few people in front of me, so I'm just watching him dealing with customers and I'm getting that same vibe again. Sure enough, same as before. He's not doing anything to make me want to come back here or even be here now. It almost, but I won't let it, brought me down to his misery. Boy do I miss the other guy. I stopped going in there. I gave it 2 star instead of 1 cuz of the other employees. Couple of them I saw but never waited on me were smiling and joking. So I gave them a star.. Thanks for listening. I have a feeling there is others out there that feel...
Read moreI have lived in the area for over 20 years. This particular Dunkin Donuts used to be banging all the time, even during the night hours. The employees were always friendly an d welcoming. I can't say the same for the new staff and atmosphere. I went there 2 weeks ago after seeing the PEEPS latte ad on Facebook. It was the second day of the promotion and my husband and I stopped in around 8:30pm or so. The woman behind the counter not only couldn't understand/comprehend correctly what we were saying, she didn't even know her own products. We repeatedly asked for a PEEPS marshmallow latte, spelling "peeps" for her and everything. I had accidentally said "peeps marshmallow iced coffee" instead of "iced latte" and she was SUPER set on correcting my terms. She should have acknowledged what I was TRYING TO SAY, being an employee that supposedly knows what they make in their own store. after sorting out the very dragged out "iced latte vs iced coffee" nonsense, my husband had to physically point out the PEEPS marshmallow syrup in the pump dispenser. She kept saying "No peeps, no peeps, we don't have peeps" and had absolutely no flippin idea what it was until he pointed it out. She tried covering up her mistake by blaming my accidental misusage of "latte" and "coffee". Unacceptable. This was the worst experience I have ever had a Dunkin donuts. I will not be returning, I should never have to be so frustrated simply trying to order a large PEEPS marshmallow ICED LATTE. I will stick to my Bigby from now on- at least they know their own...
Read moreTook my grandson this afternoon. I have been here previously. Sad to say nothing has changed. Why are these owners/employees the most unhappiest people who serve customers coming in. No hello, no thanks, no words, just a death stare like they hate you. Feel so uneasy, like you are the one that needs to make them happy. My grandson orders a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel and a few doughnuts. I ordered a few doughnuts. Later I looked at missed the small sign advertising the sandwich, hash-browns and a coffee for $6.00. The sandwich I paid for was $4.49. Why the unhappy man at the register couldn't even have had the courtesy of offering or mentioning the deal(s). Not like they were terribly busy. Just a stare that they are annoyed by your presence is what I really felt. Recommendation is if you want to go through the motions, do so, but I will choose another in the future. Scooters and even McDs off Cooley offer much better service and Scooters a much, much better attitude. I tried them Friday for the first time, pleasantly surprised. The DD guy can just scoff angrily and scare off customers, hopefully it will be gone in the future and something else can fill its walls with a better group of personnel. I will say my grandson ate the entire sandwich quickly so it must have been very good, my thanks to the food...
