Subway — Restaurant in Compton

If I could give 0 stars I would. That subway far one of the WORST I've been to. I came in the morning hours (keep in mind) I was the only customer there and the manager lety took forever too attend me. She didn't even tell me" welcome" or I'll be with you in a bit. She just straight ignored me. And when she did attend me she rushed me. The morning employees are even worst !!! I wanted my sandwich done a specific way and (Alicia) did my sandwich but I can tell she was getting annoyed and I swore I heard her mutter something under her breath !. But the worst one was THE SUPERVISOR LAURA ! SHE WAS SO RUDE she didn't even wash her hands before making my sandwhich! And she burnt my bread which she didn't apologize nor wanted to make me a new sandwhich I recommend going to the subway down central and alondra the employees are much more friendlier ! Subway where you can get a sandwich made perfect! Well that’s what I thought this Subway was dirty and unkept and being ran by two young individuals who did more talking than cleaning! Then the manager Leticia who spoke no English did nothing but refuse to give me the owners name and keep the phone off the hook so I couldn’t ask anyone else, it is clear to see that someone is under the assumption that people in Compton don’t deserve. Clean environments that are conducive to great customer service cause this place has none and refuses to make changes or be responsible for training people appropriately as well as having English speaking employees. I will never go inside this place again I have complained called and still NOTHING! Be carful what and where you eat and demand cleanliness in the store, the person and customer service. I came in here in the early hours of the morning before Work and noticed the racial discriminacion. An african american male was in front of the Line ahead of me, it was the store manager that attended him. The male that was in front of me was paying with his card as she rang him up she placed his sandwhich behind the cookie display. And once his card was approved the she began putting his sandwhich in the bag Android handing it over to him. I only noticed this because i only wanted some fresh hot cookies before Work. I payed with a credit card as well And as i was taking Out my purse And inserting the card she handed over my cookies with bag and all. Just because im latina. I dont think its Fair.
