McDonald's — Restaurant in Compton

I CAME INTO THIS RESTAURANT EARLIER IN THE DAY, AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FOOD & THE SERVICE.

SO IN THE EVENING 12/03/2014 @ 7:30 PM I CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND REQUESTED THE STORE NUMBER SO I CAN

LEAVE A GREAT REVIEW OF THE RESTAURANT ON GOOGLE PLUS PAGE OF THE RESTAURANT. THE MANAGER (LARGE

BLACK GIRL) I TALKED TO SAID "WHAT YOU NEED THE STORE NUMBER FOR" VERY RUDELY. I TOLD HER I WAS

LEAVING A REVIEW ON YOUR GOOGLE PLUS PAGE AND I WANTED TO MAP IT FOR MY GOOGLE MAPS. SHE SAID "I'M

NOT GIVING YOU THE STORE NUMBER, AND IT SHOULD BE ON YOUR RECEIPT!!!" (RUDE & LOUD). I LEFT RECEIPT IN

THE BAG EARLIER AND THREW IT OUT. I TOLD HER I DIDN'T HAVE IT AND COULD SHE JUST TELL ME THE STORE

NUMBER?...SHE GOT LOUDER WITH ME AND SAID "NO IF YOU WANT THE STORE NUMBER, YOU HAVE TO COME INTO

THE STORE AND GET IT!!! I SAID "WOW REALLY, I HAVE TO DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE IN THE RAIN JUST TO GET THE

STORE NUMBER? SHE SAID "YEAH". SO I DROVE BACK TO THE LOCATION WALKED IN AND ASKED FOR THE STORE

NUMBER FROM ONE OF THE WORKERS AND SHE WALKED TO THE FRONT AND ASKED AGAIN "WHY YOU WANT THE

STORE NUMBER" I SAID "YOU TOLD ME ON THE PHONE TO COME TO THE RESTAURANT AND YOU'LL GIVE ME THE

STORE NUMBER" SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE. I ASKED HER FOR HER NAME AND SHE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. SO I

ENDED UP BUYING A CHEESEBURGER TO GET A RECIEPT WITH THE STORE NUMBER ON IT!!!

A HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE RESTAURANT EARIER THAT DAY...AND MY DAY WAS RUINED IN THE SAME

RESTAURANT BY A VERY RUDE MANAGER!!!.....MCDONALD'S CORPORATION NEEDS TO SCREEN THE PEOPLE THAT

WORKS FOR THE...

So i went tonight around 8:00 pm 9/24/2024 to the drive thru and i was clearly telling the guy in the first window my order and he seemed not to be hearing my order when i was talking to him loud enough, he was asking me what did want like 3 times when it started to bother me and i looked at him closely and he seemed like he was very high on the job. So i went to the second window to pay and after that i expected them to say, " we'll get your right now but instead they said to park in one of the 4 parking spots in front. They gave my order pretty quick and i said thank you and drove home to check my order when i realized that they got my order wrong and i also ordered 5 drinks and unfortunately they didn't give me not even 1 straw. Also the chicken nuggets tasted and felt stale, overall the experience was very poor and...

This is not normally my city I'm from Anaheim and I was actually in the area so I came across this McDonald's for dinner time The place is actually very clean being in the area that it is even the restrooms are very clean they have a playground that's also very clean I took my son there everything is well kept up The food was good! And the small issue was that they gave us the wrong burger when I asked for a chicken sandwich they gave me two double with chicken nuggets but nevertheless it was an easy fix so I had to do is go to the front and they had my food there already in a bag but as I said it's actually a very clean place I would go to this location again if I was in this area The people that work here seem to be pretty friendly which is always a good thing...
