Yesterday 9/22/2025 I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes at around 4:19 pm. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and politely asked the barista if she could add light ice to my drink. She said āyes but itās going to leave room.ā I told her iām okay with that since I was going to save it for later. When I was home I realized that there was too much ice on my drink and it did not taste good. I called the store to let them know my experience and the barista that was on the line (Andrea) was the rudest person iāve ever had the displeasure of talking to. She made it seem like I was bothering her. I informed her that I wasnāt going back immediately since it was traffic hour. She kept insisting that the drink was made correctly and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering it that way. I was nothing but nice on the phone as iāve worked in customer service before and I hate rude customers. I informed her that I would be coming in tomorrow (9/23) and asked if I should put my drink in the fridge. She then said in a rude voice ā Yeahā¦.mmmmm we just need the drink if you want it remadeā and then hung up. This made me so upset and I called back to get her name. Today (9/23) I arrived at the store with my day old drink in hand and explained yesterdays situation. The barista seemed confused. Why didnāt Andrea inform the next shift that someone was coming for a remake the next morning? So unprofessional. The girl at the register made it seem like I was an inconvenience.. I then asked her if I can get the Brown Sugar Shaken espresso hot this time. She said āWe only do that drink icedā⦠I said āyes but it would be like a hot latteā she stares at me weirdly āLet me go ask the managerā The manager said she would do it hot .. Great! The girl on the register then informed me I needed to get the drink and throw it away. However yesterday Andrea said that the needed the drink back and was so rude about it just for the girl today to tell me that I needed to throw it away. I said āCan you discard it for me itās full and iām just going to throw it in the trashā stares at me rudely Yeah weāre not allowed to grab the drink. Then which is it???? You need the drink or you donāt. Honestly everyoneās attitude was sooo gross it made me so upset that iām writing a review and I never do that. You would think theyād be a little nicer sine the get paid up to $25 an hour. I will genuinely never go there again and I hope that store retrains...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the third time I have come to this one over several months time frame due to I have to drop someone off at work in the area and I've come to this one three different time frames such as am early morning mid-afternoon like today and later in the evening in each time I have had a very unpleasant experience I have to go to the drive to to injuries and I'm not able to walk as well so each time it has been my experience through the drive-thru where I have made a mobile order that my drink is placed on the counter and it is taken so when I get to the window finally even after they have confirmed that my drink is ready and I get to the window my drink is gone so now I have to wait for them to remake my drink and that gets frustrated and especially when you do a mobile order because your time is already spent waiting over 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru wait line and you have somewhere to be now I have to still wait more time for them to remake my drink my thing is why doesn't this Starbucks do like other Starbucks and put the drive-thru pickup orders by the drive through window so that they won't be stolen sitting on the counter this is the third time this has happened to me at this and normally I just let it go but this time I have to say something about it so that they can make a change about this because this is ridiculous and each time it has been my mobile order pickup and you put either counter or drive to pick up I always put drive through so it says that it's a drive through pickup I hope this one gets better with this because this is ridiculous to have to wait 40 minutes to get to the window for you to be told your drink is not there and then have to wait more time especially like me I'm in a hurry to get somewhere else hence that's why I need to make the mobile order since I am driving on the freeway far distance to get back to where I...

We were here at 3:30 pm Sunday march 12 and we asked for caramel fraps with extra caramel. we asked the employee if she made sure there was extra caramel and she lied and said yes when i could clearly see there wasn't any extra caramel called her out on it . She then prompted to give the cups back to her coworkers who made the fraps in the first place and told them to add more. Thats when an employee started singing a childish tune about "getting diabetes from Starbucks" and repeated it over and over again. Then we watched as he poured caramel in the cups and stated "Just wasting caramel". My mother addressed him and he remained quiet, and when we demanded our money back my mother asked for employee names the cashier who serviced us before denied her the request. A boy (AND I SAY BOY BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HANDLE THE SITUATION LIKE A MAN) named MICHAEL who called himself the store manager came and told us he wasn't making a comment to us when clearly he was and he wasn't giving his name and we could take his and was rude and disrespectful. ALWAYS buy our drinks from this Starbucks but after this experience NEVER again. I'm leaving this review so people can know, just because you ask for something through the drive in and PAY FOR IT doesn't mean you will be granted what you requested and doesn't give employees the right to belittle you for...
