Taco Bell — Restaurant in Compton

Whew child I'm at the location on Compton / Alameda.I couldn't even use the restroom unless I made a purchase @9:15 am mind you there's no other patrons in the restaurant at the time.Im basically doing the peepee dance and Jose bigg cashier who came from prepping cinnamon twist with no gloves on tells me he can only open the door for paying customers, I'm like I will make a purchase after I use the restroom can you please just open the door I don't want to wet myself this guy says no. This type of customer service is so damn messed up and to have to give them my money too use the restroom after he doesn't even care to show any type of consideration towards me almost peeing my pants was so degrading til I didn't even go back and get the items I purchased I just went straight to my car....It's like every chain just don't give a damn about good customer...

The food is good, just like any other Taco Bell. Their service is good: they greet you nicely, respectfully; their knowledge of their food is good, the food is made and served in a timely manner. Only one thing, I ask for hot sauce that says "hot" on it and they give me mild! That's the one thing I don't get. Why would you do everything else right and then mess it up giving the wrong sauce?!?!? They could have had 5 stars! By the way, they have messed up on the sauce 4 times. The last two times I've told them that they messed up before and given me "mild" and they've said "ok, we'll make sure we give you "hot" this time". So when I start eating and go for the sauce, out of 10 sauces: 2 hot, 8 mild. Totally...

This TB was redesigned a couple years ago, and a lot of people didn't think it would make it through the renovations- it was closed for SO long. But it was worth it! The atmosphere is much better and lighter, friendlier, the service is excellent, and the food tastes fresher. The location is convenient, in the large San Souci shopping plaza on rt.235 southbound. I eat here more the past 2 years than I ever had in my lifetime. I like all the varieties of taco sauces, and the drive-through, while it is a little curvaceous, is generally pretty quick.
