7/25/15... Worst customer service I have every received at any of the Hills Seafood I frequent. The manager on duty that afternoon was rude, ignorant and did not even seem to care what I was asking him. My wife had ordered a bushel of crabs for a special party. When I went to pick them up they gave me 3 brown paper bags of crabs. Issue number 1 ... How to tell a bushel of crabs in paper bags.... Number 2 they were cooked..... The managers reply was this is the way we always do it. My wife would have never bought then had she known they were cooked. I called my wife (from the store) they never told her that... When I questioned him his reply was if I had to tell all my customers that I wouldn't have time.... Wait... Aren't you in business to serve your customers? His final reply was "well what do you want to do buddy", with an attitude like I was bothering him. I needed the crabs for a party so I took them but I will never ever shop in their...

They need to go back and learn how to prepare seafood! The girl tells me that they have fried oysters, it was in the bag when I paid, but it was just a container with shocked oysters in the juice, they put a little bit of spice in it for when you go home and deep fry the oysters. Why advertise for fried oysters when they're not fried? I also got a half pound of shrimp salad. Yes there was shrimp in there. Along with a little bit of mayonnaise, and celery. And tons of onion. Hills quality seafood has the hands down best shrimp I've ever had in my life. I love their shrimp so much everytime I go to a different restaurant, I have to give them a bad review because their shrimp quality just cannot compare. The customer service is hands down the best ever from any store I've been in. Everyone is so friendly! My favorite employee here is Brenda. All the employees know the fish very well and can give tips on recipes and how to cook them properly. Even if you don't have experience in cooking seafood, the employees here are sure to guide you along the way! The store always looks well kept and the soups are phenomenal. They offer a wide selection of foods other than fish, such as rolls and noodles. This is the one and only fish store for me, and I hope this review will persuade you to make this store your one...
