Texas Roadhouse — Restaurant in Concord Township

So many times you can have a great experience at dinner and say “that was nice” but forget to leave a review. Texas Roadhouse Glen Mills is worth remembering! We have been here multiple times on separate occasions as we traveled. Each meal was prepared above and beyond to our specifications for multiple food allergies and dietary restrictions. If the server or manager didn’t know the answer to a request or concern they checked and both followed through with detailed explanation to the back of the house on preparation and to us upon delivery to the table or takeout window. We are SO impressed at the level of care and understanding! We will come here every time we have the option! It is nearly impossible for us to eat at restaurants given our limiting food allergens, so we are so appreciative of this place to get a meal away from home. Multiple servers have taken care of us with just the right level of attentiveness to spoil you but give you space at the same time. Our drinks stayed full and their genuine kindness was appreciated. We’ve been to many Texas Roadhouse restaurants but this one is exceptional. After having met and talked with several managers over our visits who made sure all our meals were to a high standard, even late in the evening when most people would be tired and ready to end their shift, we can highly recommend this as a great place to eat, watch a game with friends, or relax and reconnect with family. Dont waste your Money here. Tonight I came with my family and from the moment we sat down I felt rushed by the server. We arrived maybe 1 hour before closing. We knew what we wanted placed our order fine. I ordered Ribeye steak medium well with onions. My husband's food came along with my daughters food. However when I got my plate and cut my steak it was medium rare. I let my server know, and she stated she'll get me a new one. After 35 minutes of waiting my daughter is done eating and so is my husband .He gets up and looks for a Manager who apologized and tried to brush the situation as if it was not a big deal. I'm still sitting and waiting but finally brought me a new steak cooked correctly this time but forgot the onions. I got up and walked to the kitchen to ask for Onions that was missing on my 2nd steak. The onions I got seemed odd looking.Like they were on someone else's plate prior. At this point I'm feeling disgusted upset and just disappointed. I was ready to leave and never come back again! Mind you this is our third bad experience here at this location. Previously we came there was a hair in our Mac and cheese. And the time before that time we ordered drinks and in our drinks there was a piece of the plastic from the extra shot inside my drink luckily I didn't swallow it. I was there tonight with my friend. We were enjoying the nuts and drinks. The waiter came to us to get our order. We explained that we had not seen each other and we wanted more time to order after we ate our peanuts and drinks. The waiter came up to us at least 5 or 6 times wanting to know what we wanted for a meal. Finally, I rolled my eyes and ordered. We were not ready to order but waiter became a pest. He brought our salad and before we had time to eat the salad our dinner was brought out. My friend's baked potato was "stone cold" and the rolls were hard. Both were replaced. My steak was not medium rare as ordered. My friend's steak was under cooked. The waiter was asking if I wanted another margarita when I clearly wasn't done with the first. The waiter kept coming back after we told him everything was fine. My friend finally asked was he trying to get rid of us. We were still eating when he came back to ask if we wanted containers for left overs. We told him we were still eatting. I did order a second margarita. He then brought us our bill when we were still eatting. He never asked if we wanted dessert. Again he told us we could pay at the table or give the check and money to him. I just got my second margarita. I felt the waiter was pushy and rude. There was no relaxing and enjoying our meal. Very upsetting and disappointing.
