First off, I’m so freaking disappointed and angry at how we were treated, more importantly, how my autistic 2.5yr old son was treated here! My son is autistic, and gets extremely anxious in new situations, especially when there’s large crowds of new people around him. We came as a large group here (me, my bf, my son, my bf’s 3 other kids, grandma, grandpa, 2 cousins, and aunt) and were so excited to see how our son would do here on the trampolines. Me and my son went on one of the trampolines together. I held him and stood on it with him, only slightly moving at first to see how he would react. I tried placing him down after a few minutes to jump, but he wouldn’t let go of me and started crying, so I continued to hold him and lightly bounced (my feet were planted on the trampoline, and NEVER lifted up). An employee came over to us 25mins into us being like this(he stood there saying nothing the whole time). He said I couldn’t be on the trampoline with him, but I explained the situation. He still insisted o put him down , bc I could break his neck this way…I repeat we lightly bounced, no feet leaving the surface. Meanwhile right behind us, girls were flipping and doing back flips all over, and NOTHING was said to them! I ignored his request, bc it was crazy, and then a manager came and said the same thing and maybe just try and put him down and sit on the side and watch him. I did this just to show them it wouldn’t work out, and when I did, my baby started shaking and crying and was frozen still, scared to move trying to reach out and grab me. I picked him up and got off, and my son had a full meltdown, which broke my heart, bc it was not fair at all to him! We paid, and in return I had a heartbroken toddler who wasn’t able to play like...
Read moreThis is the least impressive kids party/play place in the area in our opinion. Compared to other places in the area at the same price point, it's slim on things to do and floor space and there is consistently no direction from party planners once you check in. You sign your waiver and then are on your own to just run wild and hope you find the birthday child amongst all of the other guests - there is no private party play or directions/times given. The facility is clean, but you can't take any of the food or drinks you buy near any of the trampoline courts (not even on the benches outside of them - you literally can't be on the same floor level as the trampoline courts), so if you have kids that need to be watched, be prepared to have them stuck in the pay by ticket arcade area or small obstacle area until their drinks/food are finished. You have to wear the official skyzone socks - they are included in the price of bday parties. There are 2 bounce areas, 2 bounce basketball courts, 1 basic obstacle course, and a lot of additional fee arcade machines. They have a food court with basic hot dog, pretzel, pizza, icee stuff. It was hard to keep the kids occupied for an hour long birthday party when the initial thrill wore off. Most kids migrated to the obstacle course, but even that was a bit one dimensional compared to the bells and whistles of other places. Overall, I would not choose to host my own party here or pay full price admission outside of a party. When we visited, they had only one employee watching the entire upper deck of 3+ separate courts and no employee stationed directly near the downstairs...
Read moreThis Review is for a birthday party for a 7 year old boy: would not recommend having your 7-year old's birthday party here. He is our youngest and over the years we've been to Urban Air, Jumpers, Thrillz, Grand Slam USA, Pinball Gallery, Oasis Family Fun center, Arnold's and held parties at local parks and our back yard (renting a tent). This was our least favorite by far. Highlights: -This only has trampolines, that's it. They removed the foam pit which is what the website highlights. Obstacle course is not fun and the 20+ kids we had there basically played dodgeball for 90 minutes. They got bored. It was unsupervised for long stretches. -This was by far the WORST food we've ever seen. They make the pizza on site and it was horrendous. We paid $30 for a $5 fruit tray - each kid got one piece of fruit. with 25 kids they gave us a pitcher of lemonade and fruit punch... we had to finish them before we got more. Kids were begging for something to drink and it took forever. Just kids constantly asking us for something - anything! - to drink. -The pizza was 20 minutes late. Parents pickup up their kids had to wait, then it came out and it was just bad. -The "party host" was just flat out overwhelmed, we served all our own food and helped the kids with drinks and napkins and party favors. We did not get to enjoy our own party at all. -The prices was well over $1,000, and the entire 2+ hours seemed understaffed. Long line to check in and no...
