Horrible Experience! I was out with my 4 children and we decided to do wawa for lunch while we are out and about. I figured I would make life easier on myself and use the website to order a curbside pickup. Thinking this would make it so I wouldn't have to bring all 4 kids inside. After I parked and checked in at 12:30pm, I waited about 15 mins and ended up going in to ask about my order. I went to the front counter and asked about it and got a bunch of attitude from them about how my order came in only 3 mins ago. I thought maybe the app had some crazy delay from the store and took the kids back to the car to wait. While walking back I was wondering how they knew when I put my order in since they didn't even ask for my name or any order info, but I didn't want to get yelled at again so I just got back in the car. At 1:10pm I finally had enough and went back in to ask again about my order. At this time they all are looking at me like I have 6 heads and started to tell me that they had no orders. The same rude lady who yelled earlier started again by telling me how I messed up and never checked in. I told them I checked in at 1230pm and I definitely have the right wawa. The manager comes out and starts to look through the system and finds my order, showing that I did check in and yet never got it. The manager goes to the order terminal and starts to put the order in again as she tells me she has no idea what happened. As we are standing there and everyone is telling me this never happens and the computer system must have messed up I look over on the shelf and see a bag with my first name and last initial on it. I point to it and all the employees start looking at each other. All I get in response is the rude lady saying "oh well, that happens" and doesn't even attempt an apology. I was obviously livid at this point but didn't want to lose it in front of my kids. I took my now cold food and left. Nothing like eating a cold cheese...
Read moreIf I could have given you no Stars which is what you really deserve I would have done that. Your customer service in your store was horrific today. Your employee David had difficulty with totaling the sale because he tried to charge me for something that I didn't have and then wanted me to pay additional money towards something that I didn't even have that I didn't ask for. When I questioned him about that I said I'm not paying for something that I don't have he said you're not paying for that. When I corrected him afterwards I told him you have it on my order and I'm not paying for something that I don't want. He became frustrated and he said you can just go. Then when I was walking away he said something negative and I said you know there was nothing for him to say after the order was done. To which I also said I would like to see your manager. And his very ratchet way he said she over there with an attitude as if I had done something. She continued to talk about how he had two jobs and didn't care about this one. I didn't know why he was saying that because all I want to talk to was the manager. then he ran around the store and was saying some other stuff and I said I'm not talking to you he said with that way you know you can just get out of my face... except I was not in his face. Read moreI visited the Brinton Lake store during the “morning rush” and I have to say the staff is outstanding! I can’t tell you how helpful ALL of staff was particularly Matt, Monica, Dave, JoAnn, and PM! The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient! If you think about it, that store is probably the busiest restaurant in the area, their food is very consistent and the store is always clean! The amount of people that go in and out of that store is truly unbelievable! I literally had everyone of those people involved in my 10 minute visit to the store! No one would believe that you were in a convenient store because they treat you like you are in a 5 star restaurant! Management is excellent and Matt in particular leads by example!
