Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Concord Township

The Buffalo Wild Wings in Concordville, PA is HORRIBLE. Every single time we’ve ordered food to go and be picked up they have gotten our order wrong. Not just a few minor things wrong either. The ENTIRE ORDER completely messed up. Wings with no sauce?! Asking for flats and get ALL drumsticks. We got double of an order when we asked for one and to make it worse BOTH of the orders of the same thing were wrong. They gave us the street tacos (which I usually love) with no seasoning or sauce on the chicken. I typically asked for no southwestern ranch because I just don’t like it, so the entire taco was dry and the chicken without seasoning and it’s normal garlic sauce tasted disgusting. Even adding as much pico de gallo as I could would NOT cover up how horrible it tasted. To add insult to injury this last time we ordered our for my birthday dinner since we just recently had a baby and didn’t want to go out in the cold with him. We opted to wait to go out when we have a sitter and just get something else that night. The meal was horrible to say the least. Will NOT be going to this location again. I’ll drive the extra miles and take the extra time to go to another location. When I worked in West Chester I ordered from the Downingtown location often and NEVER had any issues with take out. I dined in with my family and we ordered cauliflower wings and the Tuesday traditional BOGO 50% off wing special. A piece of chicken skin was mixed in with my cauliflower and when I brought it to my waitress’ attention she told me I needed to be more specific in my ordering. Excuse me? I’m supposed to inform my server that I expect my vegetarian meal to not have meat in it? No accommodations were offered even after bringing it to the manager’s attention, just a basic “whoops my bad”. Then I was informed by the same server that if we enrolled in the reward program, the wings would be BOGO free instead of BOBO 50% off. We enrolled before the bill was brought out and my husband paid the bill while I loaded the kids in the car. I checked the receipt afterwards and saw that the second set of wings were only discounted 50% instead of free. We already left so I called to ask for the adjustment and they back pedaled and said I wasn’t eligible with an account created less than 24 hours ago. There is zero accountability with the staff and the customer service is nonexistent. Definitely explains why the restaurant was completely empty! Currently still waiting for take out that was ordered 5 hours ago, ahead of time in consideration for the kitchen staff. Used a gift card, ordered early, came on time to pick up. It was not ready, and the hostess said it will be 10 minutes. We have been here an hour waiting for our order. We got a beer from the bar and are still waiting for this order. Spoke to the manager 20 mins ago and she gave a $15 for a $70+ order, over an hour wait with 5 hours to prepare, though the manager clearly doesn’t care at all. I will never ever come back here, and the hostess is passing out orders that were just put in, and clearly ordered very recently. This is an abomination, and I am in shock that you are still open.

Update: we demanded to see the manager again, and we got the food at an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, and asked for a refund. We received it on gift cards, after getting quite the rotten attitude from the manager. She said they weren’t prepared for the busyness, though it’s a playoff football and a Saturday night. She told us she was working the fryers and cooking in the kitchen, though you could see her standing on the line putting sandwiches in boxes.
