With ten years in culinary field my opinion..... Pleasantly surprised. THe jr. portion of ribs was definitely a normal full order. Th is could be labeled regular size and larger Paul Bunyan size . The fork and spoon were also xl, funny. Ribs were tender juicy and flavorful. I don't know about two sauces . Just got a brownish one that tastes pretty good to me. It's not your typical sweet tomato sauce. It wasn't sweet at all. Sliced turkey sandwich; meat was amazingly tender and juicy. It was excellent. Wish they had legs and wings to. Potato salad was very good, home made. Cole slaw basic Service very good The staff was very organized. Atmosphere gets two stars, it does have a very retro Small town feel which is ok but furniture needs upgraded, was clean enough. Cleanliness is first thing I check and will walk out of it isnt, cause I know what goes on. Cooks and their area were clean and didn't do anything unprofessional. menus were clean. First off we asked them what sort of ribs do they have, they replied with the different quantities you can order, we clarified what type of ribs as in the style of meet and they said pork, we said what type of pork? St. Lois, spare, back ribs and they said regular. Tereible. Every meal comes with a bun(hamburger buns). I ordered fish and chips, still got the bun, although I can't tell you why fish and chips needs a bun. Also received two pickle slices, I don't know why. The fish was obviously an off the shelf long John silvers style. The tarter sauce include would have been better off from Safeway, it was old. Take the fish and chips off the menu. Our family has been coming here since it opened. My grandfather would take each of us cousins for breakfast. My dad would come and pickup ribs for dinner. I totally understand that the original owners sold to another. After my grandfather passed away, my Uncle took up the baton and would bring us cousins here! The service we experienced today was so poor. The waitress had a very lofty attitude. She completely ignored us and served everyone else. She spoke down to us and was so incredibly unprofessional. We saw our food was ready and it sat there forever waiting to be brought to our table. The cook had to do her job for her. Please note, it was NOT at all...
