Constantly Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

A bit of a story here; So my newly married wife and I are staying up in sunappee for our honeymoon. We drove into Concord to do a bit of retail shopping. We wanted to grab a bit to eat while there and after a quick Yelp search we decided on a restuarant. After making our way through the one ways and traffic light we made it to the parking garage. After parking I went to the machine to pay for parking. Apparently the parking number I entered wasnt vaild.... long story short, we were done with Concord and ready to escape back to a more rural setting.

On our way out of town is saw Constantly Pizza. Being super hungry and pulled over to grab a quick slice for the road. I walked in and asked if they were still serving slices. A man, who looked to be the owner, stated they stop serving single slices at 2pm (it was a little after 3). I said something to the effect of 'no problem' and turned to head for the door. He quickly replied, "I'll get some going! Pepperoni or cheese?" I asked for one of each. Looking at the baked good in the display in front of me I added a cookie to my order and sat down to wait for the slices. While sitting there I had a great conversation with the girls working the counter. They were so polite and chatty. A gentleman came in and was talking about the local football teams up coming game. Another customer came in who apparently was a regular and had a nice exchange with the girls. Now I will be honest, I was done with Concord... after just 10 minutes in Constantly Pizza it felt like home. The owner came out of the kitchen a few minutes later with my slices. He gave me an extra slice of each kind as he was sorry for the wait. I couldn't beleive it. He made slices specifically for me and was sorry for the wait. This is customer services on level 10. After a quick conversation and form handshake I was out the door with a smile. When I returned to the SUV with the pizza and cookie my wife couldn't believe the 180 in my attitude towards the day. Constantly pizza made me feel special and wanted as a customer. If I'm ever back in Concord I will be stopping in to buy a full size pizza because the pizza is as good as their customer service. The crust was soft in the middle and a light crisp crunch on the bottom. Topping and sauce volume where perfect.

I cant say enough about how great the people and pizza are at Constantly. It's a must stop in Concord, if even...

Honestly I am not a pizza lover, usually I'll eat like one slice, but this one I ate 2 🥰 the day before I was visiting VT I"ve tasted the pizza there, and it was alright 👌, but this pizza " MAMA MIA" buenísima 😋it was delicious 😋 and the customer services was excellent.. I am from NY if you know what I mean! Our customer service is not the best one.. Now this one 🤩it started at the minute I walked through that door. Normally for me to review i eather love it or hate it... In this case for this it's a plus. I got to say you won't regret if you ever go to NH and don't know where or what to eat ❤️ only 4 stars because if I put 5 am going to sound to suspicious like I work here or have some personal interest, but trust me when I said it's delicious 😋

2/2022 We ordered 2 cheese steakbomb subs and they were some of the worst cheese steaks we've ever had. Totally not the typical quality from Constantly. It was a busy night (football Sunday) so the fact that these hot subs were cold is totally understandable. The problem was with the actual main component, the steak and cheese; it was like the grill person never ate one before. The cheese was on the bread! It was never mixed in with the steak. I had veg on mine and I could literally see this order: bread, cheese, tomato, steak. Totally disappointed in the quality of our meal.

6/17/22 ordered again this time different subs: chicken salad, roast beef. Again both subs were disappointing. Apparently to get the same kind of fillings you might get with other sub shops, you have to ask for and pay for extras. They did give me extra veg on my chicken sub but unfortunately it wasn't a vegetable I'd asked for. It's Friday so I assume they were really busy so my recommendation is to either order from them when they are not busy or order from somewhere else. I am happy to recommend Brookside, I have never been disappointed by any of their food, pizza or their very excellent...
