Just a heads up for delivery customers in apartments! The driver delivered our pizza to the wrong building and blatantly lied about it. When I called the location to ask where they dropped it off, I wasn’t even mad. I just wanted to walk over and grab it from whatever door they had mistaken for mine. Argumentative, the man on the other end of the line rudely accused me of lying right off the bat and mentioned the driver called me upon delivery and snapped a picture of the pizza at my door. He did call me and I missed it, but my ring camera did not pick up anyone at or near my door whatsoever. I asked for a copy of the picture since my door had a very distinctive sign on it that you can’t miss. He said he couldn't give me the picture since it was on the driver's phone. I Can understand that. I just wanted my pizza or a refund 🥲. He then complained about sending out another pizza to my location and insisted that I be outside for the handoff rather than the no contact option I previously requested, which I didn’t even ask him to do. Fine with me because all I wanted was my dinner. I wanted the delivery driver to see where we live and possibly see where he mistakenly set the original order. He also said he “flagged” my account for future deliveries. Whatever that means. I cannot believe how intentionally rude he was. When the second attempt to deliver my pizza arrived the delivery man shows up at the correct door and then lied right to my face. He said he brought my pizza to my door and that my neighbors must’ve taken it. After he left I decided to walk to the adjacent building and see if he left the original pizza there instead. AND HE DID. Needless to say, I was incredibly uncomfortable with eating the second pizza and took the first one that was delivered to the wrong address.
Mistakes happen, we all make them. I'm not upset about that. I'm upset that they continued to cover their tracks even after ALL of this. It was so unnecessary and frustrating.
Great pizza when it’s not delivered cold. Order from a different location. The verbal abuse from whoever I was on the phone with isn’t worth anyone's time. Do better Pizza Hut.
Also if this happens to anyone else just call their customer support line and they will give you a full refund. Just don't call this location. You'll...
Read moreI took my daughter there for dinner, to support her school dining night. The food was very good but our server did not display good customer service. My daughter and I placed the order, waited and my food came but hers did not. When I asked where it was, she said we didn't order it. Instead of being polite and saying I'm sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding, she was snappy and gave rude facial expressions. She put the order in for my daughter and brought it out. My daughter had to go to the restroom, so I told the manager that we would be back, we were taking a potty break. While in the bathroom, the waitress came to see if we were there or had left. It upsets me to be treated this way. Maybe there was some confusion on my part, and I'm sorry if it was, but being snappy wasn't the respectful way...
Read moreWent to this location to pick up our order. First thing I see walking up to the door. Is 3 phone girls at phone station grouped together. None of them wearing masks and as I approach the counter. The guy at the oven also not wearing a mask and coughs in his shirt. Told the manager that was working (which had a mask on correctly) you can keep that order and I will be calling corporate due to no masks. As I am sitting in my car pulling up corporates phone number. The phone girls walks to the door watching me. By the way put on there masks and put sanitizer on there hands. This is my COVID keeps spreading. I take this very serious being my job is essential and know people that died and caught it. Can't follow state laws for your protection or others. This is why cases are going up and staying in...
