Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Concord

Today was the first time I've ever had an issue at this location. I had placed a mobile breakfast order, stopped at the speaker and told the team member I was there for a mobile order and gave her my name. Somehow, I received someone else's order and after telling the team member what I actually ordered, I was told that I was supposed to have stopped at the speaker and tell them in advance I was there for a mobile order (which I did). Chick fil a chicken has changed. They now allow the use of antibiotics on their chickens, starting this year I believe. I found this out after getting nasty tasting chicken multiple times recently.
