Gibson's Cafe, LLC — Restaurant in Concord

This little Cafe means so much to me. I've been away from it for a long time, but if I had the choice I'd go everyday. The baristas are all so wonderful, it feels like I truly have a bond with them everytime I go in. Especially when they always seem just as happy to see me. I truly did not like coffee without 70 pounds of sugar before I went here and got my first iced coffee that wasn't from a chain. There is so much love and care put into everything served here and it is so clear just by your first sip. I love that you can mix any syrup you'd like into an Italian soda. I'd say my favorite is strawberry and cherry blossom... this cafe is has become my safe space, I'm really hoping I can come back...

Quality of Gibsons is amazing! Staff..not so much. First time i go in, one girl in braids has some unjustified attitude towards me, went over to the other girls on shift and complained about it, im sorry if you had a bad day man but like dont take it out on others at your job. Second time the cook go overs to the register to verify what i had ordered, granted yea its three sauces on one sandwich i get thats gross but thats just how i eat 😭 and they both just laugh about it to each other.
