I was searching for something different for lunch close by. Great location near the Walmart shopping center near the speedway.

I'm so glad I stopped in. It felt and looked clean. They had a great food service score of 99.5.

I was greeted by the nicest lady. She asked if it were my 1st time here, explained the menu and offered samples of the different hummus, sauces and also one of the proteins I had never had. The setup and offerings are similar to Cava.

They have build your own, bowls, wraps and pitas. I built my own bowl, selecting half lemon chicken and half chicken shawarma. The flavors were seasoned and tasted really good. The only thing I would do different is get 1 base instead of 2. I got the kale mix and rice. Not a good combo imo.

I would also recommend getting your dressings on the side. I did not sample the dressings and ended up not liking the 2 I picked. The lemon/olive dressing was just that, and the taste was extremely lemony tart. The traditional tahini left an after taste, that reminded me of extra sharp aged cheese. I didn't like either. My 3 different hummus choices was enough for me to mix my bowl ingredients withiut adding dressing.

I also tried the pita chips. The cook offered to make me hot fresh ones but I didnt have time to wait. They were a little hard but still good.

They also offer several unique lemonade flavors. Mango, turmeric/ginger, strawberry lychee and red berry. I was able to sample all of them. The lavender sage had me in a choke hold! Its soooo good!!!!! 2nd favorite was the red berry. Overall, I would definitely go back and try different options. I highly recommend...

I've been coming here weekly since this place opened. It's been going downhill. Yesterday was the last straw, and we don't recommend it to anyone else. Every time I come, it's always the last of the rice or the last of the chicken, which you can tell has been sitting there for hours because it's barely enough for a normal-sized portion. When they give it to you and I ask for double, it's not a full tong's worth - they're scraping it from the bottom of the pan, like the rice, which is disgusting. I'm paying extra and I'm barely getting a normal-sized portion, let alone paying an extra price for old food that has been left out and not made fresh. They're getting skimpier and skimpier with the portions - how much rice or greens or vegetables you get, you always have to ask for more because what they want to give is not even going to fill my children. Then we got two of whatever food was in the Tupperware near the register, and those were completely disgusting. You can tell the sweet potato fries have been sitting there for a while.
