Original review: 2/14/24. (Updated review at the bottom)

We got a good word of mouth about this restaurant and their food, except……..!

The atmosphere and the feeling of being in India came the moment we entered the place. The food was amazing, felt like eating authentic punjabi food after a long time in US. We ordered vegetarian enteree and we were not disappointed at all in the taste and spice level.

Well, now the except part. The wait was really long and troublesome after we ordered the food and received the food. Restaurant was around 55-60% occupied and it took around 35 mnts for our food to arrive after we ordered it. So long story short, we enjoyed the food but since its a new restaurant and they are learning to adapt with the demand, expect longer than normal wait times. I would definitely go again in weekdays. We visited on Valentine’s day.

P.S: Staff was super friendly and cheerful. Kudos to them.

*Update: 3/23/24: *

We re-visited the place again today with my family and the place was jammed packed with guests. Lot of families waiting too. The big change I noticed from the previous visit was the time of the service. Even though full house, the food came in no time after ordering, barely had to wait for the food which was bummer during the past visit before a month. All the staff including the owner were really friendly and working so hard to accomodate the guest. No complaints about food whatsoever, authentic indian taste no matter what you order. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and service today. Marvellous improvemet within a month. I always appreciate the change which owner’s bring based on the reviews and word of mouth. Will definitely...

A Flavorful Journey at Red Chillez Indian cuisine recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Chillez Indian cuisine, and it was truly an exceptional experience 💯 As we entered we were immediately struck by the warm and inviting ambiance, with soft lighting and elegant decor setting the stage for a memorable meal 🥘 The aroma of Indian spices filled the air, hinting at the culinary delights to come. The attentive staff at Red Chillez made me feel welcome from the moment we arrived, providing prompt and friendly service throughout the evening. Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece recommended by Kartik, full of flavor and creativity. From the fragrant biryanis to the creamy cheese hungama and cheese butter masala, every bite was a celebration of authentic north Indian cuisine 🇮🇳 The chefs at Red Chillez clearly have a deep understanding of Indian flavors and techniques, resulting in dishes that were both comforting and innovative. One standout dish was the cheese hungama, perfectly grilled and bursting with spices. The tender pieces of chicken were complemented by a tangy marinade that left me craving more. We also appreciated the restaurant's commitment to using high-quality ingredients, with each dish showcasing the freshest produce and finest spices. In addition to the delicious food, the portion sizes at Red Chilis were generous, ensuring that no one left the table hungry. Overall, my experience was expectational. We would highly recommend Red Chillez to anyone in search of authentic Indian cuisine served with passion...

Amazing experience and one to be repeated as our Christmas eve dinner for years to come. As soon as we walked in the door the aroma of the food was so alluring and drew us in. We were hesitant because my fiance has an allergy to ginger as most Indian food does has ginger. We spoke to the manager and waiter about this and they went to the kitchen and verified that they could accommodate our food needs. The hospitality was far exceeded from the time we went in to the time we left. The cleanliness of the restaurant all the way from the restroom to the entire restaurant was so clean and the glassware didn't have one fingerprint on the glasses or silverware. Very impressed. We ordered the cheese naan bread which was really good. I ordered the street style chicken fried rice and my fiance ordered the street style chicken haaka noodles (no ginger in either one). The massive portions were so good and served in a boat bowl. Little bit of heat but so good. You get enough for 1 dish would be enough for 2 people or 2 meals if you aren't a huge attitude eater. This was our first time eating Indian food because of the ginger allergy fear. So thankful they were able to accommodate us. We couldn't haven't been more pleased with our experience and she didn't end up in the hospital for Christmas. 😁 We even got to meet the chef that prepared our dishes. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back and everyone please go support this business. This restaurant is family owned and very...

I stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. I ordered an Old Fashioned made Kartik. It was the best!!! The Spring Rolls were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, perfect! What a delightful place to have in my neighborhood.

Discover Bold New Flavors and a Passionate Vision at Red Chillez Indian Cuisine If you're looking to add some spice and adventure to your Indian food experience in Concord, Red Chillez Indian Cuisine is a great place to start. This new spot offers a vibrant menu that takes some exciting twists on classic dishes. My experience started strong with the Pudina Fish appetizer – the fish was cooked to perfection with a delicious, flavorful sauce. Unfortunately, the Chicken Malai Tikka didn't quite hit the mark. It was a little chewy, and the vegetables could have used a bit more time on the heat. The real surprise came with the Shrimp Tikka Masala. It wasn't the traditional preparation I'm used to, but the unique sauce was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. We paired it with their Butter Naan, which was fluffy and the perfect complement to the meal. Red Chillez also surprised me with their 2 Rupee beer, a refreshing Indian brew that I hadn't encountered before. It offered a nice change of pace from the usual options. What made the experience even more special was the owner taking the time to chat with us. He shared his passion for food and his vision for Red Chillez. This personal touch added a lot to the overall experience. While there's some room for consistency, Red Chillez is a fun spot with a dedicated owner. If you're ready to try something new, give it a try – the flavors are bold, and you might just discover a new favorite dish.
