This was, without question, the most disappointing service experience Iāve ever had. It happened yesterday morning, and in hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and left after noticing some initial red flags. Several tables were dirty when we arrived, though we eventually found a clean one.
When the waiter approached, he said nothingājust stared at usāand his body language gave the impression that he was either completely disengaged or possibly under the influence. He appeared uninterested in being there and made it clear, through both demeanor and lack of effort, that our presence was unwelcome.
We had to essentially take our own orders, as he didnāt speak a single word to us during the entire visit. We were the only table in the restaurant, yet there were no refills offered, no check-ins, no basic service whatsoever. At first, I considered the possibility that he might have a disability or had temporarily lost his voiceābut that assumption was quickly disproven when he began talking and joking with coworkers in plain view.
The entire experience was surreal and left us feeling worse than when we arrived. We couldnāt even finish our food due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I genuinely feel bad for the owner, as this kind of service is likely to drive customers away.
To be clear, I donāt expect special treatment and I consider myself very patient when it comes to restaurant service. But this went well beyond a simple off-day. Unfortunately, I donāt see myself returning to...

We are just about, if not the only restaurant open 24 hours since COVID began in 2020. We strive to provide our customers with fresh hot food quickly. Our store is usually clean but i will not say its perfect. Our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily on each shift. Yes there are times we get behind and it looks a mess but thats only bc we usually work our selves tirelessly till its clean. We have good food at a great price as well. I will say it would be nice if their was some kind of low card or diet type foods such as salads or wraps etc. We no longer have any type foods on our current menu. When I told him an order was missing he instantly became defensive and aggressive in his tone with me. I explained to him what I ordered he told me what I did not order. I told him I had an extra item that I did not order. The more I tried to tell him my order was incorrect, the more aggressive and defensive he became. So I did not feel like arguing with this man. He not once apologized for the mishap, well because he believed he was right and I was wrong. He said he can make the missing order but he will have to charge me! Really Sir??
