Coffee & Cream — Restaurant in Concord

I would definitely not get coffee here. I can not speak on the ice cream (which is just Hershey’s), but the coffee tasted like CARDBOARD. I have had plenty of coffee from plenty of different places none have ever been this awful. None of the prices are listed for the coffee, and there’s poor organization. What I mean by this is three different people helped me and then did not even charge me for the right size drink. I asked them 3 different times if they had a Frappuccino’s and they insisted they did. They also were confusing a hot drink for a cold drink. When I received my drink it did not contain ice at all. This coffee was extremely overpriced for something that I could not even consume. $10 for a coffee...

I stumbled upon this place while waiting on my car to be serviced. The ice cream shop was clean and had plenty of seating for you to social distance. The young lady behind the counter was super pleasant and helped me decide what kind of ice cream I should get. When she told me they make their waffle cones IN HOUSE I was even more excited. For those of you who want a sugar free option, the butter pecan is DELICIOUS. I had an opportunity to meet and chat with the owner, who was equally as pleasant and welcoming as his employee. This little shop looks unassuming from outside, but boy, does it pack a punch!! It was about 10 minutes before closing time, and we decided to grab some dessert 🍨 to go; at the same time, support a small local business. Wow, were we impressed. The customer service is TOP TIER. The inside is very eclectic, and the shop owner will tell you about the history of each piece in the store. The ice cream flavors are very unique and so amazingly delicious. The price is excellent, and I can't wait to go back and try something else. This place just celebrated a 2 year anniversary, and I hope to see it around for decades to come.
