Iâve been coming to this McDonaldâs for many years. The service has usually been friendly and consistent, even during busy times. But yesterday was a truly disappointing experience.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets and a chocolate milk, plus a #2 combo with Dr Pepper. At the first window, I asked to switch the chocolate milk for a lemonade. I was told it would be taken care of at the next window.
When I got to the second window, the woman handing out food (her name was Maribel) gave me the chocolate milk anyway. I politely reminded her I had asked for lemonade. She immediately got irritated, told me it cost more, and that there was no way for her to make the change since she didnât have a register. I explained that I had already been told at the first window it wasnât a problem.
Instead of offering a solution, she got visibly upset and snapped at me. When I said I was fine with paying the difference or just switching my Dr Pepper for a lemonade, she snatched the Dr Pepper from my hand, poured it out right in front of me, and said âDonât do that again.â Then she kept complaining about me to her coworkers while I was still there.
Not only was this humiliating, but it happened in front of my 7-year-old daughter, who later asked me why the âlady was being mean.â I ended up with no drink at all, no refund, and a really bad taste in my mouthânot from the food, but from the way I was treated.
I understand this job is stressful, but thereâs no excuse for this kind of behavior. I hope management addresses this, because customers shouldnât be made to feel like a burden just for asking for something simple. If McDonaldâs is so concerned about a few centsâ difference in drink price, fineâI gave back the drink. But I also lost a lot of respect for how this location treats...
Read moreAbsolute dog food. Do yourself a favor and find the nearest garbage dumpster. The food you find there will be like eating at a 5 starr Michelin rated resturant compared to this dump.
Drive though order at 1247 p.m., so its tail end lunch rush hour (apparently jokes on me). For context - I live 4 minutes away. So from picking up the order to first bite was about 12 minutes (you'd expect hot or really warm food right?)
Got a cheeseburger combo and 6 piece nugget. For the low low price of $19.00 (thanks for nothing).
Where do I even begin?
Fries: Eating cardboard soaked in used motor oil would have tasted better. The fries were COLD, stale, and hard. Absolutely no taste other than they must have been cooked last century. They were also hard like they were cooked at 10 am yesterday and then dug out of the trash can and served. 2 bites and in the garbage they were so disgusting.
Nuggets: Holy Mary - these things could have been museum quality art sculptures they were so petrified. Again cold, stale and cooked circa 1690.
Seriously- who in their right mind (manager) allowed food that was cooked at the turn of the century to be served. What happened to QUALITY CONTROL.
Burgers: Just on the downhill slide of being medium warm. At least the pickles and onions tasted fresh. Again the bun was rock hard on one side amd cold as the dead cow they came off of.
Funny how we hear in the news how much money McDonald's is loosing. We'll- serving absolute garbage food like this is a certain tactic to bankrupt the place. I knew i should have just went to jack in the box down the street. Sure - could have had the same expirnece food qulaity wise but at least the foods HOT and cooked this decade.
Only saving grace was the very nice drive through lady taking the cash. She gets 5 stars. The one giving the food...
Read moreMy order was delayed and they said please go park in number 1. I asked his number one open they said yes I drove around the front. It was not open, so I parked in number .2 I waited 34 minutes and the guy walked out, handed a bag of food to the lady in a car next to me which I could see clearly cause I was in a truck. She opens up the bag looks inside decides itâs not hers. Also her dog sitting on her lap stuck his face in the bag and said looks good and she close the bag. He frowned. She got out of the car then I realize she got my order so I opened up my door and met with her at the door entrance and said that they give you a filet fish and she said yes. Then we sat at the front counter for over five minutes with nobody asking us if we needed any help the pre-ordered delivery people understanding how the interior Works were getting helped 3 to 4 before we realized we had to be in that line so we finally get to speak to a personâŚWhat was your order? She lady told her and they said OK weâre still making your order and then she said Iâll bring it out where you park she said Iâm in number 1. so she walks out and then I walked up and said to a young lady please. listen if you take deliveries out ofvehicles, I am going to request that every order you mention what the food items are. If the delivery person said, did you order a fillet of fish she wouldâve said No. then you wouldâve realized that that was not her food and then she DID NOT have the opportunity to open the bag or hands in it and have her salivating dogs put his face in the bag! 6years I have Patronedand is closest to my residence but cannot get over this now. The prices have just about doubled in six years. I just believe we could get better service and they should have a better system for being a multi billion...
