T.J. Maxx — Local services in Concord

I love shopping at tjmax, but their managers/customer service is terrible. I am a regular online shopper, I spend more online than shopping in stores because they don’t have everything available in the store. I was there today to return some of my online stuff and repurchase them with different form of method ( which basically is not a big deal, no loss for them) but the employee who was helping me, was kind of slow and could not make tags, he called the Manager for help (ashley) she came up to me and said “We don’t do that” !!! I was like “I am sorry? what??” What u don’t do? She was like “we won’t let u repurcase that” I said why? Whats wrong?. She said we don’t have enough time to make tags you’re wasting our time! I was shocked to hear that, like Seriously?? Is it m my fault if your employee is moving slow and can’t make freaking tags?? They were 4 items only. I was buying them again with different card/cash. She was being rude to me for this.. I honestly don’t understand them .. when you buy something from them thy are happy, when You return something they get pissed and frustrated. But I wasn’t even returning, I was re-purchasing them and I think its non of her or their business how we pay or what we return as far as theres no loss they should not Mind !!! This TJ Maxx is in kind of an out of the way place, next to an empty space in a run down tiny strip mall. When I first went in I was not expecting much, however, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized it was. It's really a hidden gem. I have been to the one on Ygnacio and it's always crowded and I can never find my size. Here I found 12 tops in one day, my new spring wardrobe for work. I also bought some new towels that I love and a lot of nice things for my new puppy. I had my Maxx card paid off for a couple of years but now that I have discovered this store that may not...

This TJMAXX was very clean and organized. The staff made my day! It started with a shoe that i couldn't find the pair for, and a young lady helped. The dressing room attended OMG, the sweetest in the game. We laughed about my arms being full of stuff (trying not to use the cart so that I didn't get all the extra stuff I got anyways 🙃).Then, at check out, we laughed some more about the great deals they have and how you have to grab what you want or it might not be there.
