Liars, Scammers, Unsympathetic, and Unprofessional.
Ordered a large specific flower arrangement ahead of time for Christmas. I even made sure for it to arrive a few days before Christmas so I wouldn't stress.
I will try to keep emotion out of this review, but I'm just upset at how careless and awful this situation was.
The flowers arrived, and they were wrong. Completely wrong. I ordered a large arrangement with holiday lights. Instead, I received a small arrangement that wasn't even close to similar. Not even an attempt at a similar size. The base was the size of a soda can and not even put together.
I asked someone outside of the situation if I was crazy. They agreed. They even said the price points are dramatically different. What I received was so much smaller, what a joke. And insult. Like I wouldn't notice?
The shop tried to lie and say they had contacted me to say they didn't have my original request available. That is not true. I have all records of correspondence. And nothing from them. If you can't handle the orders you receive, you're in the wrong business. Not my problem.
And the manager or whoever was in charge on 12-23-24 was not helpful. Not even trying to make it right. They offered only a refund. And left me stranded. I had and have no interest in going to pick something up from them from where I am (far away) but was willing to do so. Instead, they have no accountability or common decency (or sense) to correct a mistake they made. And on a holiday.
And so, I'm left without anything on the holiday.
Bottom line: Blooms and Gifts is an awful business and any service associated with them should dissociate business with them. They are liars and scammers, who will take your money and give you incorrect service. Avoid the stress and find another place for business.
