The smaller merchandise is good, great prices but the employees attitude is ridiculous. I was purchasing a folding wagon and asked if they did holds. They said no because they’re limited in space (fair enough). I then asked if I could open it up and use it as a cart to place my items in it. They said yes, so I did when I went to pay, the cashier was rude to my sister asking about an open toy package (one of those foil surprise things) that was in the cart when we got there and when my sister explained to her it wasn’t hers and it had been there all along, she had an attitude about it. When I payed I placed my items on the counter my son placed a packet of candies on the counter for her to ring up and rudely threw them on the counter back to him once she checked the price. Once she started ringing me up I said “The wagon too.” Well she must have not heard because she rang me up and then when I was about to leave she goes, oh, I didn’t get the cart with an accusatory voice. I said okay, and payed for it but I did tell her that she must not have heard me earlier when I said “the wagon too.” I also saw the cashier talking to other Latina ladies that she possibly knows about merchandise and what was new in-store with a totally different attitude. Prices for bigger ticket items are good but close enough to Costco’s prices that it isn’t worth giving up the generous return policy to save a few bucks. They could have a repeat customer in me; however, with that attitude and poor customer service, I’m not sure if...
Read moreI recently visited Heroic Shop and unfortunately had a highly disappointing experience with their customer service. I purchased a pack of batteries and was shocked to discover that the inside package was incredibly dirty. Concerned about the quality of the product, I approached the cashier. The cashier, an overweight individual wearing glasses and brown hair, responded to my request in a very rude manner. She stated that it was a final sale and she is not gonna swap it next time. I was taken aback by her lack of empathy and professionalism. What made matters worse was that she hadn't mentioned anything about the purchase being a final sale during the checkout process. To further express my disappointment, I pointed out that I had barely spent two minutes since the purchase, hoping she would reconsider. However, she responded callously, stating that she didn't care. Customer service is an essential aspect of any business, and unfortunately, this particular cashier failed to meet even the basic standards. I believe that her behavior was unwarranted and unacceptable, especially considering the circumstances. I hope Heroic Shop takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that future customers do not encounter a similar experience. As a customer, I value good service and expect better treatment when encountering such...
Read moreI've been here at least a handful of times. The selection is hit or miss. It depends on what you're looking for. The clothing is priced fair depending on what you're looking for. The shoes are the same. Some items are a bit more than I would pay for it, but everyone has their own idea of what a good deal is. The food selection is part of the hit or miss. They usually have a good selection of furniture. The best way to find out about their inventory is to follow them on Facebook. They post everyday what new items have arrived. 4/22/23 I stopped by hoping to find some Asian goodies, but it was slim pickings for that. I’m finding it’s hit or miss for those specific items I’m looking for. Hoping my next trip will be...
