P'Sghetti's Pasta & Sandwiches — Restaurant in Concord

PLEASE READ I am a regular customer at this place and actually really enjoy the food but had a bad experience with the employees the last couple of visits. I bought a drink because I wanted the sweet tea at 5:30 and they are out. I ask two employees if they would simply re make the tea and the first person tells me they are out and the second says it is too late in the day to make tea..? Are they really “out” or to lazy to make more tea also if they’re out at 5:30 and they close at 9 it’s going to be pretty close to going through an entire batch of tea again also there were plenty of customer behind me. As a regular customer, my family being regular customers and telling everyone I know to come check this place out I think it’s just unethical... Anyway I brush it off but come in the very next day and get more food and ask nicely if there was anyway they could give me a cup since I bought a cup the previous day and ended up drinking water. They tell me no so I end up buying a...

The gentleman behind the counter was having a bad day (I hope that is all). I went to the counter, he looked up my order on the computer (my wife had called it in). I paid and he walked away. I thought he was getting my order. He started helping another customer. After a bit I called him over and asked for my food. He looked confused, so I gave him my name. He apologized and gave me a bag of food. I drove home, but when I got there they had called and said they forgot to give me the rest of the order. Now I had to drive back 15 min (30 min round trip) to get my order. The same gentleman got my food, and without so much as "my bad" turned and started helping another customer. To be fair, it was busy, but i should have received another apology at least.

I don't often visit this restaurant, and hope this was an off day. Kind of a bad impression.

We love the food but had a bad experience during our most recent visit. It took over an hour and 3 different tries to get one Salsccia pasta dinner and one side order of mostaccoli with cheese. Not only did we have to drive back after getting the wrong food, which is partially our fault as we should have checked before leaving, but between all the remakes and driving it took over an hour to get what we thought would be a quick bite to eat. When I came back the last time I asked to speak to the manager on duty (MOD). She came out to speak to me and was very short and even insisted that we ordered the food incorrectly. I was polite with her and certainly did not appreciate the huffing and puffing over having to remake the food again. Good food (when you FINALLY get it) is so not worth bad service and cranky managers - I can get better and kinder service from...
