I went to this location with my mom and kids. I ordered a #10 which is a chicken sandwich, only mayo. After about 20 mins waiting on our food which came out cold. My chicken sandwich had everything on it. I told the guy " I am so sry to do this but can u please give me one with only mayo". The guy was so sweet. He said no problem. Waited another 15 mins for my sandwich. When my sandwich came out, it was cold and everything on it. Literally the same sandwich they gave me the 1st time. I pushed the button and a women came on and asked me to hold. She never came back so when I seen the guy come out I yelled for him and was like "can I please just get a refund". I got to take my son some where I can't wait no more. While speaking with my family on how long it has been, the women came back on the speaker with an attitude telling me that the reason it took so long was bc it takes 7 mins to cook. But I been waiting 15 mins. The math isn't mathing.. the guy came out with $3. Now I'm not a genius but for a $9.19 meal I should had got more than 3. So I called for the guy to come back over and asked for a manger. The manger came out with a whole attitude and had nerve to tell me to lose my attitude. If my meal was 9.19 and fries is 1.99 and drink is 1.99 that adds up to 5.21. But I don't understand why u didn't refund the whole meal but ok let's b petty. I just wanted my sandwich. I am diabetic and was getting really sick. But to wait 45 mins for food and I couldn't even get my food. & to have the manager have attitude with me like I was wrong. I will never go back to this location again. I use to go till I got such bad service and I stopped, I thought I give it another try but naw. I will never be back. Oh yea let's not forget how I called and complained, the area mng called me back which was very apologetic he told me sum one will call me next day. Nope no call. But kinda fig this. Do better sonic. Read morePlaced an order through the Sonic app and showed up to get the food and waited in the parking spot for 20 minutes, then the screen said someone of the name of "Bra" was bringing the food. The person never came, waited another 15 minutes before pressing the red button where a person came on and said drive through only. Wish someone could have told us that before us waiting there for so long but it was okay. Then proceeded to wait in line and get to the window where we are greeted with nothing but attitude and disregard. The person hands us our food but we are missing our ice cream so they stare there and stare at us waiting till they eventually open the window and I tell them that we are still waiting on our ice cream and they proceed to say "what ice cream" with an attitude and I show them the receipt and they say "ice cream machine down" and then I say okay well is there anything else I could get and they say "ice cream machine down" again. Then I just ask for the refund for the ice cream and the person says with attitude again "that is between you and the app" then at that point I just say whatever and go home. To top this all off once we get home and look at everything the order was not even right and the food was ice cold. I can assure you that I will never return to this Sonic again. This is the third time that I have had a negative experience at this establishment. I would advise everyone else to go with one of the many other food choices...
Read moreNever had any bad trips to sonic but when my wife and I stopped by on a Sunday evening to grab a bite to eat we had the worst experiences ever! Someone came out to take our order due to not being able to hear us through the speaker. We ordered and the worker repeated our order into the headset for someone inside to put it in the system. She went back in and came on the speaker and asked if everything was correct on the screen, which it was. We waited for about 10mins to receive our food. When we got our food they were missing all the condiments on the burger including onions, tea was sour/old, no utensils, and no chilli on the chilli cheese tots. We pushed the bottom to let the workers know our order was wrong. We waited for 7-10mins to have anyone come on the speaker to ask what we would like. Once again she couldn’t hear us. eventually She came back out to see what was wrong with our order and went back inside then came back out and asked for our food to take back inside to have it fixed. When she returned with the same food it was still missing oions, the tea was still sour and only brought one fork when we asked for two. We finally gave up hope on them getting our order right so we went through the drive through to just change out the tea and once again took forever for someone to come to the speaker. Probably want be back to this sonic, need to hire better employees or train the ones you have. WORST...
