After ordering in the drive thru we were asked to pull around front and wait for our order there.
Okay so we go wait for 15 minutes while our one year old is starting to get cranky in the backseat. I decide to go in and see what’s taking so long. I stood there waiting for someone to notice me and the first person was a young black man whom I approached and asked if he could help me. I told him we ordered at the drive thru and we’re told to wait out front he mumbled something. I said I’m sorry? He mumbled again and I said I’m sorry I can’t understand what your saying he finally said “I’m just the drive thru packer” I said okay well did you pack my order as I’m trying to hand him my receipt he stood there and stared at me like I was speaking a different language.
I asked if he could ask someone else he turned and looked at a female employee with pink braids who walked up to me and asked me “what I needed” I told her the same story she walked away grabbed a bag off the back counter and rudely handed it to me. Knowing my food was probably cold at this point I took it anyway because my kid was probably screaming now.
I’ve been to this location multiple times I can say they are clean and I’ve never gotten my order wrong. But the attitudes on these people are awful. They couldn’t care less about their jobs or customer service and clearly need to be trained on how to speak to people unless his goal in life is to be a “drive thru packer.” A nice oh I’m sorry let me check would’ve been a more appropriate response but I guess I’m asking too much of a Taco...
Read moreI went to this location around noon today. In the drive through I ordered a very simple 2 taco supremes no tomato. The man taking my order read it back to me I confirmed it was correct. I got to the window and heard the girl say “here’s your taco” so that made me look in the bag because I should’ve heard “tacos” so I said “oh there’s supposed to be two” she looked at her register and said” the order only says one.” I asked if she could ring me up for another one as there was no one behind me and it was a really simple taco to make. She told me I’d need to go back around again… 😳 sorry what? I don’t need to do anything, I didn’t make the mistake and now that there’s a line I’m not going back around. What kind of customer service is that? It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location and I gave them another chance and I’m still disappointed. I will go elsewhere...
Read moreme and my family went in last night to order some food they let us know before we ordered that the kfc part of the store was out of chicken completely, but that we could order sides. We said that was fine and ordered some food from taco bell, i paid extra for sour cream on my tacos and they didn’t put any and by the time my little sister went to order her tacos they said they were out of beef so she just got quesadillas and a side of mashed potatoes, she paid and we waited. They then let us know that they were out of mashed potatoes and that there not going to make some more just for her bc they closed in 10 minutes very which was completely fine but the way it was said BY THE MANAGER at that was not. I don’t think a store should be open if they can’t provide over half the things...
