I placed an order through the subway app but once I arrived at the address that I thought I had chosen that store was closed. So I found out the store that took my order was 30 plus minutes away. I tried communicating with the store to get refunded and I am still trying to get help. I was Informed that there wasn't a manager last night on duty to help but call back today. Welp! I called today and again, No Manager!!! Hmmm, I'm still trying to get my refund. So today I'm told a manager won't be in till Monday. Now that means I have to wait to be resolved. Not to mention subway uses grubhub to fulfill their online orders and of course I was directed to call them. No matter how many times I said "I placed the order through the subway app"! Needless to say there was the constant back and forth, run around without any resolution. Now its really a principle thing along with a glitch that needs addressing. Hopefully someone from subway headquarters or locally will see this and reach out to help me. There is definitely a breakdown in the system. Read moreSee this Subway sign and keep on driving! This was the worst experience from start to finish. The owner lady made our sandwiches. First she was unwelcoming, curt, and cold. She did everything rude in a way the appeared like she was doing it on purpose. For example, when she made my son's sandwich she completely twisted and crushed his bread roll, very sloppily and quickly put on a few ingredients, and was not careful to even out the ingredients on the whole sandwich, which stinks if you're splitting it with someone! She did not cut the sandwich in half all the way through and sent our sandwiches to the register without evening checking us out, I guess because I was paying by card. My flatbread was over toasted and more like a cracker, and the sandwich wouldn't close up! The lettuce had a lot of rust on it, and the cucumbers were getting see-through like they'd been cut several days ago. I would have complained to management, but she was the management! The register did not give me the option to skip the tip, which I would have. I always tip very well, unless the service is bad. The last one was actually given to the customer in the lobby who showed up 20 minutes after my girlfriend placed her order. She had already paid and they were out of everything she ordered. Instead, they offered her a wrap because that's all they had. Not only was the wrap not even a quarter of the size of the 12-inch she ordered, it was not properly made.
