Taco Bell — Restaurant in Concord

The only reason we go to this Taco Bell is because it’s close and… well, I was going to say convenient, but about half the time, they get our order wrong and we need to drive back and get it fixed. Literally half the time! Every other order, no matter how simple it is, they screw it up. I haven’t been to any other branch or any other fast food chain that gets it wrong this often. I don’t know if we should drive farther to a location where the staff actually can follow simple instructions, or if we should just sit there at the drive trough window, rip open every burrito and taco, and double check that they actually gave us what they typed up on the screen. People everywhere talk about how minimum wage needs to go up so you can actually make ends meet, and then here you have this little crew reminding the public that there people out there who can’t function well enough to earn those starving wages in the...

Hmmm the guy who is overly enthusiastic with weird backwards-bending elbows made us feel very uncomfortable at the window....we bought the pinapple freeze drink and he proceeded to tell us that the cream flavoring in it tastes like banana. Already weird comment, and he unfortunately went on and said that the flavoring is in fact banana flavored. Then he proceeded to say bananas are genetically modified and made in labs, then asking us if we knew that already. He pressed this concept on and on and on and called these fun facts. Well it only made us uncomfortable and he didn't take our hints of uninterest. Just give us our damn food, please. Not unsettling unsolicited...

I ordered a $5 Cravings meal, the includes 5 layer burrito looked smaller than one of the dollar burritos, only looked to have a few tablespoons of stuff inside of it, so I asked if they could remake it. I had two workers argue with me that it was "the same size they always are" listen guys, I didn't ask for your left arm, customer's always right? Not here, apparently. Finally they did remake it, and it was still about the same size as previous. I think they did that just to be idiots

All this and the restaurant is very outdated and could have been cleaned up better!
