Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Concord

I don't normally eat at fast-food restaurants I don't think they're very good for you but I was in a hurry and was hungry today so since McDonald's took down their only good special they ever have which is the two sandwiches for five bucks which they've taken down now. So I went over to Jack In The Box and ask for one thing and it said oh no no you can't have that and I'm like what do you mean it's right there or why can't I have it there like no no you can't have it I didn't explain that it wasn't time so I finally looked and realized okay I was too early that one that's I'll check this other specials of the fish special for 499 she said no no we don't have that we don't have that so I ended up getting some burnt egg rolls that sucks and cost like 7 bucks for that in a couple tacos is just a big waste of time and money as I didn't even eat but two bites of the egg rolls for the tacos to my dog pretty much so my dog had a $7 to buy lunch what a waste fast food has just gone to the freaking Birds specialist Jack in the especially this...

The kid who took over on taking my order was so disrespectful and condescending that I refused to purchase my 40$ order, he claimed to be the shift leader in charge at the time, and took over after sending the girl who was almost finished on her break. This was very unprofessional, as someone who works in the food industry, I know he should have waited for her to finnish with the customer she is currently interacting with. Order was done, I just wanted to clarify that my Combo was upgraded to curly fries. He says, my tacos don't come with fries. I say, I know, I'm asking about the combo I ordered. Kept going back and forth as he seemed more interested in talking down to me then answering my question. Then I tell him his customer service is terrible, and he makes a sarcastic comment about how he knows and that it's ok. Please if you are not Spanish don't go to this place. They are so rude I mean the whole team including the manager. First the cashier don't understand a word of English but thats ok I can understand they may be new here. The problem is when they got our order all wrong and when I told them they were all screaming shaking their heads talking and laughing at you in Spanish was the worst customer service I have seen in my life. This was next level nasty rude unprofessional customer service. I never thought some Spanish people can be this nasty I always thought they are humble and nice.
