Their bread's quality is really good but I am so disappointed that recently they stack and store their fresh out of oven in plastic - The breads get fully soft chewy and taste like stale bread by the time they get home . I send my husband to buy who as American does not know any better but they should know , fresh breads out of oven must not go inside plastic to store on the same day , or at least not in the first couple of hours after they are baked . I believe if you don’t buy fresh baked in front of you , they should be stacked on paper and air the breads for the first few hours or until end of their day and then freeze them in plastic bag if they don’t sell them on the same day . Not to forget to say my husband bought the breads at few minutes after 11am which means they put the fresh bread in plastic Immediately after came out of the oven. Not appealing to look at and eat by the time they...
