Taco Bell — Restaurant in Concord

Stop by today to grab a bite eat. The drivethur line was crazy line so i went in side. Well that was proably the worst thing i could have done. After order my i took a seat in thr out dated dining room area there wasn't very many people as it was not crowded at all so I didn't think that I would be waiting very long boy was I fooled. As I'm looking around I'm noticing there are a couple people there that still haven't received their food one of them decides to speak up and states that he has been there for 45 minutes waiting for his food I look to see what time it is and did not realize that I had been sitting inside of the Taco Bell for 25 minutes without food or without anybody mentioning that it would take so long to bring said food if that was the case I would have gotten up and left. At about 2:30 minute Mark I'll finally receive my order I had ordered it for there but all things considering they still packed it in a bag to go so from beginning to end this was the most terrible experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell I will never eat there again and I will tell other people not to eat there especially if I have to wait a half-hour ridiculous. upon opening the bag that I got in the car I come to find out that they had even gotten my order wrong it's completely unacceptable to wait a half-hour for any fast food and get the wrong order thanks Taco Bell for...

I would absolutely give them zero Stars horrible customer service line to the customers about not knowing employees and place handling food after using chemicals to clean up machines very unsanitary and after being called out on it was laughing behind the scenes the manager little short lady did not give her name or the employee's name so I can report them and then another lady that worked there for 5 years said that this was her first day working which was a lie cuz she's been there for 5 years very distasteful something needs to happen with them they need a class to take they don't understand the concept of business and consumers making it a business I got my food remade after the guy touched everything after his chemically chemical filled hands and they remade it without a shell or any meat which was a Crunchwrap there was no crunch today it was very horrible and the guy he was a real rat he called the police when I just asked for them to get me my food so I have a complaint coming through hopefully it makes a difference in the employees but I guess that's what we get when uneducated people finally get jobs if you don't like working where you're at get...

11/3/19 They did an outstanding job on the remodel in here. Looks great. Employees are just as friendly as ever, though, service inside can be pretty slow! Ordered two crunchy tacos to go about a week ago and it took a long time. Two. Crunchy. Tacos. But whatevs - they were as delicious as any TB lunch once I finally got them. 3 packets of Diablo sauce each and 1 packet of salt. Good to go!

December 2018 - 4 star Boyfriend and I stopped in here over the weekend. We spent the last two weeks vacationing in SE Asia and had no crunchy tacos. I came home from vacation a little sick, but not sick enough to ignore my taco craving.

This location happened to be more convenient and luckily they were empty as well. We had no wait to order our party pack (6 crunchy tacos and 6 chicken rollers) (or something like that). We took some home to one of our housesitters as well! Food was good. Service was extra friendly. I think the guy’s name was Steve, and our cashier Johana, were both really nice.
