I like to go to Dutch Bros locations because there aren't any where I live. So when I travel, I go to them because I like 1 or 2 beverages that I haven't been able to replicate elsewhere. To be fair - every Dutch location Ive been to has had a long line. However, this will be the first and last time we go to this location on Clayton. The muffie are always kinda dry but better with a drink (but Ive had muffies that werent dry on their own so the food get a 2. I'm glad that all Dutch Bros employees look like they're having fun but I wish it could be turned down a notch or two. It feels like a cover to mask how mid the drinks are and to give people something to talk about while they're waiting forever. Back to the specific location. This location was so busy, the line had to loop around and through an adjacent Taco Bell parking lot just to prevent blocking the street. While that speaks to popularity, it doesnt do anything for efficiency. Once we finally got to being able to give an order, we were told that we had to get behind a specific car after a future point in the line "Okay so you're gonna get behind that white Honda over there in the lane over once you hit the merge around the corner". Why there were extra instructions that I as the consumer had to follow, I'll never know. The system should just be, driver pulls up to the window, baristas ask what the order is and drivers verify, barista pick up the order (which should be grouped by order). Or take a cue from In&Out - where the order taker puts the (make/model car info) with the order so when said car pulls up, baristas can just give the bag/bundle to the...
Read moreVisiting Dutch Bros Coffee in Concord for the first time back in July was a memorable experience that definitely lived up to the hype. From the moment I arrived, the energy was palpable. The staff, fondly known as "broistas," were not just friendly—they were genuinely enthusiastic, creating an inviting atmosphere that made the visit enjoyable from start to finish.
The highlight of my visit, of course, was trying the Golden Eagle with breve. This drink truly stood out with its rich and creamy texture. The combination of flavorful espresso, silky smooth breve, and a hint of caramel created a delicious treat. Each sip was indulgent yet balanced, offering a perfect blend of sweetness and robust coffee notes. It’s no wonder that the Golden Eagle has a reputation for being a fan favorite.
What made the experience even better was the interaction with the broistas. Their upbeat attitudes and personalized service added an extra layer of enjoyment to the visit. They were not just serving coffee—they were creating a vibrant and engaging environment. Whether it was their enthusiasm for the menu or their friendly banter with regular customers, they made everyone feel like part of a community.
Overall, my first visit to Dutch Bros Coffee in Concord was a delightful journey. The creamy excellence of the Golden Eagle paired with the lively atmosphere created by the broistas made for an unforgettable coffee experience. I left looking forward to my next visit, ready to explore more of what their menu...
Read moreI went through a very busy drive thru that was backed up and rather then the staff waiting until each vehicle reached the window to get their beverage, they brought them out to several vehicles at once to get people moving faster.
Only complaint is it's a tight parking lot, doesn't look like any place to sit. The City of Concord has made this drive through just as bad, if not worse then the Starbucks a few blocks down on the corner of Clayton and Treat. Horrible site management and planning for yet another poorly designed drive through in the City of Concord. Clayton Rd. Is too congested for another Pinch point of poorly designed parking lots and traffic flow. Some one will get seriously injured of killed by whoever approved this boondoogle of a parking lot and drive-thru.
Iced Coffee was delicious 😋 on the other hand. Enjoy the beverages, be wary of the drive through and it's attendant who didn't seem knowledge about how to maneuver...
