1 customer sitting at a table in the restaurant. No one in front of us in the drive through. Sat at the drive up for approximately 5 minutes. No one came over mic and said they were busy or to wait a moment. So we pulled around to see if their outside mic was broken. Lady in the window said it wasn’t broken but she’d take out order. Ordered 1 big roast beef sandwich (had to repeat the order 3 times) also requested horse radish sauce (AKA horsey sauce) each time the order was repeated. After a little while she gave us our 1 sandwich and said “I put some horsey sauce in the bag for you.” Great! Thank you, have a great night. Husband opens packet and slathers his roast beef (9pm so it’s dark in the truck), took a bite and what do you know? Arby’s sauce. Read moreOrder two meals. The number one half pound I asked for extra Arby’s sauce and cheese. There was no Arby’s sauce on the sandwich or extra cheese. They provided sweet and sour sauce on the side instead. Also, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and the wrap was falling apart and the tortilla’s texture felt like it was rubbery. I think the tortilla was old. The curly fries were cold and the texture reminded me of plastic. I ordered a cookie as well that had a texture as though it was old and expired. I paid 31 dollars for the whole order and most of it went into the trash. I attempted to call the store number to voice my complaint, but their phone was not working. Do not go to this Arby’s! The food and service were definitely not worth the cost. I am hoping my boyfriend and I don’t get food poisoning from the little bit of our meal we ate. Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this Arby’s. Ever since the new manager started , this location has completely turned around. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk in—the place is spotless, the team is smiling, and the service is fast and friendly. The manager is always giggling with her peers and clearly cares ,and it shows in every detail.
The food has been on point every time I’ve gone. My roast beef sandwich was stacked high, piping hot, and fresh. The curly fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy (not soggy like I’ve had in the past). Even the drinks tasted cleaner and better because the machine was actually well-maintained.
It’s honestly rare to see this level of consistency and pride in fast food these days. Big shoutout to the new manager ( miss Maury ) and staff—you’ve made this my go-to...
