No handicap restroom for women available. I had to ask a store clerk (Brandon) to hold my things while I went to Walmart next door to use the restroom. Nothing about being in a wheelchair is easy, and most things take double or triple the amount of time as it would for someone walking on their two legs & feet. This is a bit personal but people need to understand the importance of have handicap accessible restrooms, parking spaces, ramps, open isles in stores, etc.!!!! There are laws in place FOR A REASON!!!! I end up peeing on myself bevause I didn't make it to the Walmart restroom in time. So I asked that he hold the items I picked up while being in the store for about an hour. I said I WILL be back before closing to continue shopping & purchase those items. When I returned about an hour later all the items that were in my basket that he was supposed to hold had been seperated/distributed into different shopping carts to put away. WHAT THE HECK, SERIOUSLY?! I asked Brandon why he put my things back & he said "most people do not come back for their things." I DON'T CARE WHAT "MOST PPL DO"... I care that you do the right thing & put the customer first... not being to concerned about wanting to leave work early and not have to put things away. I WAS ONLY GONE 1HR. That's beside the point. They also need to have a seperate handicap/family restroom. I spoke to a manager who spoke to Brandon, who then apologized. The manager was friendly & offered a 10% discount off my purchase for the inconvenience. The manager said he should have put a hold ticket on the item. He didn't seem to care much about helping... he didn't seem like he cared to much for customers & that I was upset my items were being put back. Compassionate and caring people take care of customers, and those who do not take care of customers lack these things - it's as simple as that... and you can't make people care. That has to come from within. Next time I will ask a manager to hold my items... anywhere I go. I hope they consider adding on a handicap/family restroom. Not everyone can fit in a...

I went in to At Home today to buy some new throw pillows for the living room furniture. To my surprise they were having a buy one get one 50% off sale. We picked out our pillows and headed to the register. The register did not ring up any of the six pillows with the sale prices. The cashier said these were excluded because these were newer pillows. I looked at the sign (see pic) and the pillows were not excluded as she said. I asked to speak to a manager he again told us the pillows were excluded. I asked the manager to come read the sign with me and tell me where they were excluded and he agreed it did not say they were excluded. His response was it does not say they are included either. We left the store without our pillows based purely on the principal of the matter. We later tried to look up the pillows online but only one of the two styles shows up and can you believe it on the website it shows it is indeed part of the sale. I was extremely disappointed in how this was handled and filed a complaint with corporate.
Update 7/3/18:
The manager called me this morning and apologized and has offered to make it right. I appreciate his...
Read moreThis place is always overpopulated. So be prepared. We went in for Christmas decorations and the price was just right. Plus we had a coupon, even better. The lines were long and the staff was limited that day. The other shoppers are extremely rude. They bump into you and don't say anything. Had one lady send her kid to remove an item from my cart that she wanted. Even through I seen the kid, I asked him to put it back. She was so upset she walked off. I tried to track down a staff member to advise them but only encounter one when I noticed the lady leaving the store. However, we went to check out and as common during the holiday times, the card processing system had went down. The cashier was extremely nice and placed our things in the hold area for us to go get cash from the atm. The only problem was, we had to get back in the long lines to checkout again. But it was going fast because of the issue with the card processing system. But I learned to carry cash on me when I am shopping during the holiday times. Its not the store fault,...
