My son along with his cousins had a great time. My son is a 7 yr old Autistic child and loves Chuck-e-cheese. It was definitely worth the $$$ spent. I didn't have to worry about decorations, food, or dessert. This made it so much more easier on me to only worry about the kids having a great time. The only thing was the 2 hours booked time, it seemed to short of time and a little rushed. We didn't get seated until 3:15 pm and that's because I went to ask if we could sit and then at 3:45 they brought out pizza, did the Chuck-e-cheese greet and songs, and then cake and Ice Cream. By 4:40 pm they were already cleaning up and getting our stuff together to move to play area so they could get table ready for next party. So it felt like I paid for 2 hours, but only really used 1.5 hrs. I felt rushed. We drove 5 hours from Brownwood to Conroe so wished we had a little more time. But our assigned waitress was very sweet and attentive to my Autistic sons needs. I did like that. My son didn't get any tickets when he tried the money blaster machine and our assigned employee grabbed a handful of tickets for my son. That was really sweet. Thank you. Also, I had purchased a Medallion when I booked online and we NEVER got it. We headed back to Brownwood the following morning so couldn't wait for Chuck-e-cheese to open at 11 am on Sunday. I've been trying to get a hold of a live person to see if they could mail me the Medallion but I only keep getting automated person. A little frustrated and disappointed since my son really wanted this as a keepsake token. 😢 But other than those 2 little details, we all had a great time and...
Read moreMy 8 year old has been asking to go since we hadn't been for over 2 years. I finally caved in and we were so disappointed. I know prices are up everywhere but $50 for 2 unlimited player cards for one hour and that was with a coupon. When we went 2 years ago there was a "play place" with a swirling wheel that spun you as you entered. It also had a mirror maze and things for the kids to climb on and play. Sadly and very disappointedly they took that out! There are literally just arcade games. After our hour with 2 cards we had 467 tickets and could only pick a couple things from the small bottom right case (you know, the junk.) I know and understand that childrens arcade places are designed this way. The games barely pay out more than one or two tickets and that's how they make their money. I also know the price of everything has gone up but it's wrong to double your prices and remove attractions. I am giving two stars because it was very clean and none of the games were out of order. It is nice that there are multiple photo booths so you can get some family photos. We ate dinner before we left so I can't review the food. Unfortunately our family of 4 will not be returning. Our kids were asking to leave after about 45 mins since they had done everything 2+ times already. Just wasn't...
Read moreBrought my 4 year old to experience a wonderful day full of games, play areas, and of course Chuck E. Cheese. Unfortunately, we were met with games that mostly didn't work correctly, a small play area, and a really depressing atmosphere. It is ridiculous that you have to pay so much more for the kids to play on the trampoline area when an associate is rarely available to help you purchase the socks and the play area they have is far from inviting or entertaining. I was especially disappointed with the customer service. While we were checking out and picking our prizes, a little boy came up to the counter to ask the woman how he won tickets, and she didn't even acknowledge him. She looked at him as if annoyed with his inquiry and turned to me to ask how many tickets I would be purchasing since we didn't win enough for the prize my child picked out. Before answering, my husband and I took the time to explain to the young boy that when he played games, they counted the tickets on his gamer card. It took less than a minute to just be kind and answer such a simple question. Your job is to create a place where kids can be kids. Why is it so hard to be kind and try to enjoy your job? We will not be back. Payed way too much for bad customer service, poor lighting, and small...
