Third update! I've come many times now and I feel like family being welcomed back each time! She always remembers that I like a different sauce combination each time. And every time it is amazing. I hope people reading this, who are open to exploring flavors, will let her be her creative self and make something special and unique for you as well. I have to think that is part of why she wanted to do poke. I think it's great to let the customer be creative with what they think they like but I think it is even better to let the professional be creative from their experience. Just as I cook creatively at home, I love a place that can make it unique every time I visit! --------------------------------------------Second review, read below for the first review. I've come here a few times now and have to say this is my favorite spot for poke. The quality and freshness of the ingredients is always amazing. The uniqueness of the choices is unmatched. The customer service and graciousness of the hostess is refreshing in a world of people who don't love what they do. I can tell she loves what she does, so I always ask for one with everything and be creative with the mix of sauces. She has delivered amazing works of edible art every time! This time, as I walked in she quoted what I always ask for 😊 and she began dashing back and forth loading my bowl with all the ingredients I love (that would be all of them) and she's moving like lightning. Truly a kitchen ninja! This time I decided to try the egg rolls to share as an after school snack for the kids. Somehow she set them to cook while still making my bowl without skipping a beat! By the time the egg rolls came out, she had finished with my custom creation and quickly bagged everything up, as I did request it to-go. However, I couldn't miss the opportunity to share my exquisite order with the world, so I unpacked everything right away and had to try everything before getting back on the road. There are too many ingredients for me to describe the flavors and things that I don't even know what are but I love! So she did something special for me on this order because I ordered extra protein this time. It wasn't all going to fit in the bowl! So she put all my proteins in a separate container and mixed a special sauce combination just for them. I'm blown away by the different levels of flavors going on here. It was sweet savory salty and the jalapeños mixed in it set off the flavor with a little tingly spice (she remembered I like it spicy) but that flavor complimented the rest of it perfectly. And I have to say, I wish I had tried the egg rolls sooner because they are the best I've had, right next to one other place that I claimed was the best before this. I'm now going to try something new each time I come because everything looks so good. Thank you to the lady who always does an awesome job and I hope my story will inspire others to come and experience poke on a higher level. First review from a while back.

In addition to the mouthwatering menu, the service at Poke Man Restaurant is outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff was fast and incredibly polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. I was particularly touched by a little girl who kindly asked me about my order; her sweet curiosity added a special charm to the visit. I also indulged in jalapeños filled with crab and cream cheese, and they were a delightful treat with just the right amount of zing—very little spice, which made them quite manageable even for mild palates. I absolutely plan to return to this gem of a restaurant whenever I’m back in the area, as Poke Man has truly made a lasting impression on me.

I was so excited to try this place for the sushi burrito but while waiting on my order today the man cooking in the back came out to the prep line where the girl was prepping orders and sneezed without covering his mouth (mind you all the poke bowl ingredients are sitting out). Then he proceeded to sneeze more while in the back even hawking a loogie and not wearing gloves which I know because he walked out several times to get ingredients from the prep line. He was not wearing a mask or even attempted to cover his sneezes. I told the girl that it was not sanitary and that they should be wearing gloves while prepping as well and she just told me sorry and that she would give me 10 percent off my next order. I let her know I didn’t care about that as I would not be going back and that they could get someone sick from handling food that way. They didn’t even have the decency to refund my order. I will be making a formal complaint to the environmental health services in hopes that people are not risking getting sick from this...
