I had put an order in online. When I went to the store my order was not ready. I waited in line to see why my order was not ready. Both of the workers was busy with customers, Once one freed up he passed me and help the customer behind me. He finished with that customer and finally asked if I had been helped, I said no. I told him I had an online order. He asked for my name, I answered. He repeated a name that was not me. I answered again. He looked into the computer and did not see a order for a different version. I spelled my name, he again got it wrong, I showed him my driver's license. He said there was not an order for me. I showed the mobile order receipt. He check the other printer and found the order. He informed me that he did not have the flavors on the order. He showed me the printer receipt, I took it from him and went to the ice cream and choose the very berry strawberry for the 3 scoop Sunday. I gave the receipt back to him. He did not make the order as asked, missing the hot fudge topping. This is the 3rd time out of 4 that this location has been out of basic flavors.    Read moreI came in today to pick up a doordash order. There were three staff members doing absolutely nothing just talking. Did not even notice I came in. I stood there for several minutes just waiting to see if anyone would notice I was there. When someone did notice I let them know I had an order to pick up. They had no idea there was even an order and had to prepare it while I waited. We do not get paid by the hour and most of the time we get paid little to do deliveries so this is very frustrating. My order was two milkshakes and I already had another order in my car so I did not have an available cupholder for these shakes. I asked if they had a cupholder by chance. The look I got in response made me feel like I just asked entirely too much of them. They grabbed a premade bag and acted like it was a lot of work to help me. I don't think I have ever witnessed such a lazy and disrespectful staff as I did today. If you want to do nothing and gossip all day, stay at home. Finally the scooper was told by another employee to wait on us. Ordering was a chore, I had to repeat myself and clarify the order several times. I said we also needed 2 cups of ice water.
Got to the register, cups are not included in the menu price and are an additional charge. After paying I reminded him of the ice water and he said it was $.50ea. I handed him $1, he said âoh I forgot the tax.â I said âare you serious?â He said âyes we started charging for water because itâs all some people order.â I said âOK...â he said âdid you want ice with that?â I said âyes, ICE water...â
